I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my recent purchase from your store. I bought what was supposed to be a perfume, but when I opened the sealed package at home, I found a stone inside instead of the product I paid for. This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate investigation, a full refund, and a proper replacement of the item. Please let me know what steps you will take to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Disgusting! I have placed a order on Deliveroo with a gift for my husband.. it was a perfume Burberry.. instead of perfume when he opens the box found a big piece of stone! We went to the shop for explanations and they have denied that the perfume didn t come from their side! As i ordered from this shop on deliveroo! Shame on boots team!

Had to wait almost 10 minutes to be told the pharmacist on duty wasnβt trained to make the sale & supply of a βPβ licensed medication. (Which is a bare minimum expectation for all pharmacists). Was seen in asda in less than a minute where the pharmacist also confirmed that she was surprised at the response of the inexperienced pharmacist. I live local and use the pharmacy often, and am always forced to wait at least 15 minutes just to buy medication over the counter. My advice to anyone reading is walk 5 minutes over to Asda Pharmacy on the second floor, nothing is ever too much for them.

Really quick and great service, needed antibiotics and was seen/evaluated in less than 15 minutes and prescribed with medicine on the same day. As I wasn't registered to a nearby GP or doctors this was really handy. Thank you. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

Not impressed with this store as a whole, too many perfumes in a small area competing with each other to attract potential customers which sadly left me feeling quite nauseas by the time I left store I could literally taste perfume not for me sorry

I am a regular bootβs customer. Went to this store about a month ago staffs are awful in this branch went there to buy an EDP/aftershave. The men's perfume/edp cabinet was locked and the staff knowingly didn't unlock the fragrance cabinet they were busy chit chatting with each other. Moreover, I am not sure if she was a manager she was putting up some promotional board and in-fact she looked at me and didn't had a courtesy to serve me either or asked other staff in the store to help me. Please check the image attached to this review. Eventually I had to get my edp from superdrug which is on the opposite side of the building
