   Avoid this place. Customer service now is terrible. They have put self service tills in at front of the store and two members of staff refused to serve me. You can only pay for medicines on one till and staff member refused to serve me on the last remaining till at the front. I had love to shop vouchers and they always play up on self service tills. Been using this store for years but will not go in again. This trend for self service tills is just a waste of peoples time. Avoid like the plague.

   Boots is amazing but how deal whit people is worse . 1 buying one ibuprofen tablet and one gel whit ibuprofen not allowed. In any other shop is ok 2 order prescriptions receive massage 1.05 pm. Is ready. They brake for lunch till 2. So disappointed Waiting 40 min. And finally collect there card system down. Ask lady to transfer money like bank transfer no can’t. 3 coming whit fever 41 degrees and begging to give me prescription fast because I can’t stand on my feet. Lady said need to wait 30 min. No humanity in this boots.

   Called in to buy my wife some Prada perfume and face cream for her birthday. There was an issue with the perfume which I’d rather not mention in this review however, the staff at boots were fantastic when I returned the product the following day. They went above and beyond in resolving the situation, contributing towards a very happy birthday for my wife. Thank you Boots, your staff at Great Bridge are wonderful.

   The ladies at the pharmacy desk are so rude and talk down to you i asked a question about medication they didn't want to know.... went across to asda pharmacy they we're so friendly went above and beyond

   This particular visit was to "pick the brains of someone"as I was going to a choir practice with a 1980's theme....I required some cosmetics.The young lady I approached admitted she had never heard of him but undeterred we looked on her tablet and she was able to sort me out in minuets.I was unable to remember her name but will pop in store and thank her.The store itself was clean and plenty of stock visible on the shelves.Wel worth the effort of a visit.Thank you

   Came into your store 23rd around 12pm was two aftershave gift sets on shelf of the one I needed, taken it to the fragrance till (empty box for display purposes), she said two was in stock, also was in stock online also at this store, she went out the back and she came back and said none in stock, asked if there was any other stores local which she’d be able to check for me as I had already travelled so far to this store to which she replied, that’s not my fault and she can’t do that, even though in other of your stores they have always been happy to do this. From that point we told her she would be best to take the other box of the shelf as it would miss lead other customers (trying to help) to which she replied, well that’s not my fault again in a rude tone. I work in retail myself and the way she spoke to us is no way I would ever speak to my customers. So rude.

   I love boots at Christmas for shopping , they have so many smelly gift ideas for presents for people , I love the brand named things for both Men & Women , they have a great choice . I love the buy 2 get one free, however I don't like if ones been discounted you can't count it in the buy2 get 1 free. I also don't like that you can't just take your boots points money off your shopping you have to specifically spend the amount you have on an item , it just holds you up when you realise this. It's easier to just take it off your shopping or put a sign up telling us so we can pick our item to be used before you get to the till .

   Best pharmacy in the area! The pharmacists are all helpful and have always been great with dispensing urgent prescriptions. They always have my medication in stock which is a bonus.
