   Nice place , clean, friendly staff. The only reason for which I give 4 stars is that access to the Spa area it is restricted. I booked the room especially to have where to relax during the day in a Jacuzzi or a sauna. So if you guys(males) are after Spa... it's not the ideal place. Monday and Tuesday there is no one to socialise with. I didn't choose the place only for the naughty fun which I heard it is happening in. I choose it to make it more interesting my stay in Birmingham.

   Update Friday 27 Jun, 2025 Another fabulous time at Xtasia where the evening had a neon theme which was well followed. Service at the bar was spot on and I was particularly lucky to be looked after by the delightful and delicious Kim behind the bar. Thank you to everyone for all the effort that goes into these reverts so successful. I have been a regular visitor to this club for many years and it is without doubt, in my opinion, one of the best clubs in the country and I have been to quite a few. The reception, security and barstaff are exceptional, Full credit to the owners and management for putting such a stellar team together, it doesn't happen by accident. The accommodation is always spotlessly clean with a selection of different rooms available, all equipped with a piece of play equipment to add to the adult fun. The cinema is the best equipped I have ever seen anywhere in the country but the addition of the spa area and pool was a masterful development carried out to the very highest standard. Party nights at the club often follow a particular theme and this week's "hot wife event" was most enjoyable. I have rated this as a five-star venue without any hesitation at all, it is an amazing place need all the better by the Superb staff that they employ.

   First time visiting Xtasia on newbie night and was made to feel very welcome. Large club with dance floor, dungeon, jacuzzi, play rooms and lots more to explore. Drinks are reasonably priced, dj and music was great and the room we stayed in was clean with all the usual hotel room facilities. Will definitely be back for more soon. A&M

   My husband of many years took me for this experience for the very first time. I was as nervous as hell and really didn't know what to expect or what to do. The staff were really amazing and tried put me at ease. The other clients were so friendly and understanding that this was my first time in a club of this kind. I don't want to go into too much detail expect to say that everything that happened to me was incredible and I loved the attention of the other people there and also seeing my husband enjoying himself. It has changed my life in so many ways for the better!!!

   We now class ourselves as regulars we love the place so much. The staff are amazing! We love the night club style and adore some of the events. If you visit an event and its not to your taste try another, there can be a night and day difference on theme, attendees and ages. We live way too local to stay so cannot comment on rooms. Parking is restrictive however there are a few close by car parks that are either free or affordable. If you have an issue, let the staff know... Paul and his team will always handle things extremely well in our experience.

   Really impressed with the service and the quality of the rooms and their special equipment especially in the club, really diverse and accessable and a really good price. Only difficulty was the parking. There is a really cheap carpark nearby, but the clock starts at 8am so you need to wake up early enough to buy parking before you get a ticket....

   Attended the bmfc event last week’s Saturday at Xtasia..even though it was my first Time swinging the people were friendly and I was comfortable. This has to be the best £30 I have ever spent! The women are fantastic and the alcohol price is fair. Definitely looking to join xtasia and try different other events
