Everything about this pub is u real the atmosphere, the vibe , the people but most importantly the beer is the best I’ve had in brum the owner is a down to earth guy who drinks with the customers love this pub
visited this morning for breakfast with my friend. the food was amazing and the service from claire was brilliant. she made sure we had all we needed and even found time to have a chat with us. we will be back for breakfast again next weekend
A real old boozer type pub. Food provided for funeral wake was basic but ok. Service was good, staff good - knew order to serve those at bar and remembered drinks round. We had someone in wheelchair and although no specific disabled toilet they were particularly helpful when toilet was needed. Regulars all polite and helpful too. A proper old fashioned pub.
Came down on a random Tuesday evening for the football and met some of the nicest, friendliest locals. Couldn't understand a word they were saying (Geordie & Brummie might as well be Mandarin & Martian) but a cracking place, nice pints and canny locals.

Love this pub, everyone is friendly, nice choice of drinks, a decent pool table and juke box, also i have been really enjoying the beer garden with the nice weather. Cheap and cheerful, everyone is welcome.
Always a pleasure to see the eccentric, warm hearted people at the White Hoise. My first visit since lock down and a refreshing event it was. Unfortunately, there was no Mild ale which Carmel the manager said was due to brewing schedule issues with Holdens. I hope it returns on our return, soon.
Google seems to think that this place is closed: It isnt. Holdens tied house serving their beers and international brands at weatherspoons prices. A bit of victoriana, close to the, increasingly gentrified and expensive, jewlery quarter; good place.
