   Terrible customer service in here, no respect or manners for people whatsoever. Went in today requested for something and the lady on the counter rolled her eyes and walked off. Her entire attitude and interaction was so RUDE.

   I changed from Ingrams Chemist to Lyng Pharmacy due to them constantly not delivering my medication on time. I’ve just received another batch of medication from them even though they promised they had taken me of their list. I’ve called them again and they’ve promised the same thing again, doesn’t seem right to me.??

   Never have your perceptions in stock .promise to deliver and don't. Fob you off with lies and untruths. It used to be such a good chemist. Sadly it's gone downhill.

   Never have I known such a bad bad service. Trying to move to another one, but told we have to wait until our last medications have arrived then take medicine list to the chemist of your choice. Problem is there has not been a month where every script has been delivered, but as soon as this is the case, we are off. Never had any problems with Ciaran - if only he knew how his reputation has been tarnished. Some medications are much needed but that does not seem to bother them, they blame the Drs for not doing the order, which I have checked and is incorrect. The constant fight and stress to chase up meds is just not worth it. Shame on them!

   Booked two injections from here a week in advance via the NHS website, shuffled work around so I could attend. Received a missed call from them the evening before my appointment, with no voicemail left. I called back within 5 minutes to see what they wanted, and was told by a recorded voice that I was caller number 3 in the queue. Didn't seem that big a number, but it took me almost half an hour from there to get through, only to be told one of the injections wasn't in stock. One upside is that there are so many other pharmacies around this area, that I was able to quickly get myself an appointment elsewhere last minute.

   My advice to any that uses Ingrams chemist West Bromwich, my advice change ASAP they have been taken over by Duggals chemists Messed up my partners medications which are usually set out in medication trays due to the amount he has to take. Went in last Thursday after a phone call to say they had been told we had moved chemist, that was not the case and the manager promised me that the whole prescription would be sorted for Saturday as that's when my partners meds run out. Went on Saturday and still no medication, manager on that day didn't wanna know and his response was I don't know what you want me to do?! Been to the surgery today got everything sent over yet again, and I gave the chemist all day to get the trays sorted even rang at 2pm to say I will be there just after 4pm.......low and behold still no medication ready in the trays!! Considering I have been in 3 times in the last week, they gave me a prescription from the 13th January. we are now on the 6th February.

   This business as gone to pot can't get anyone to answer phone and I've been waiting for medication for over a week. I waited 2 hours on Saturday in the chemist got to see the pharmacist's and I was told my medication is out of stock still waiting for delivery. Found out yesterday its still out of stock I give up I'm changing to lloyds after many years with ingrams

   First time in my life ive been into ingrams pharmacy at carters green in west Bromwich and all I can say very polite and pleasant staff . With a 5 star pharmacist who's expertise and knowledge in his field is amazing .....will definitely be using this pharmacy again when appropriate.

   I just had my ears syringed to remove the wax that was causing my deafness. Kerry who was the Nurse dealing with me was absolutely awesome, so pleasant and professional. I’d recommend this service to anyone in needs. A big thank you for helping me.

   Brilliant, friendly chemist, huge thanks to the lovely Kerry for her help earlier and also want to point out how pleasant Megan and Ellie are whenever I have visited. Feels very community driven and the consolation and treatment I had with Kerry was first class. RECOMMENDED.
