   This is my local pharmacy, and, I find all of the staff to be helpful, professional, polite, and they do have my medications ready on time. Even if some items are owed, they provide them in a very reasonable timeframe. In fact, the last two occassions, the young lady with the glasses, has provided me with more medical assistance then my own G.P. Thanks to her, the horrible bout of Sinusitis I had cleared up pretty quick. I, recommend this Pharmacy for sure.

   Stone Cross pharmacy go above and beyond! The ladies there today were fantastic and really helped me feel at ease with my anxiety due to my little girl being poorly. I went there with my daughter after seeing the doctor at UTC. The doctor sent the prescription straight there but after I got there the lady on the counter made me aware that they or any other pharmacy was able to provide my prescription due to an error made by the doctor. The pharmacist then spoke to the doctor on the phone and the doctor resent and amended the prescription. They also allowed my little girl to use their toilet as we were there for quite a while. I have been using this pharmacy for 6 years now and they have always given fantastic customer service and always go above and beyond.

   The only place that allowed me to do placement and they are so welcoming. The staff work extremely hard to ensure that everyone is accounted for. The one thing that stands out to me about this pharmacy is the respect they gave for everyone who walks through the doors. Shoutout to the all the staff.♥️♥️.

   My local pharmacy better than the rest, they're always polite and always smiling, they also offer free delivery which is great for the vulnerable and even their driver has been great when delivering my medication to me in the past.

   What can i say about Stone Cross Pharmacy! They have accessed and dispensed my prescription twice without me knowing or consented they just ordered it anyway. The first time it happened i got assured that it wouldn't happen again and they said its because i had a emergency prescription there, but yet again they ignored me and did it again. The staff have no customer service skills. Demanding to know why I'm taking the tablets that I'm on. Told by my doctor make sure I book my winter jabs because of my medical history! went to my appointment that the NHS booked there for me and got told i can have it because I'm not over 75! yes i know I'm not 75 but I'm high risk her reply was well you do look like you are and what medication are you on! never felt so embarrassed in my life. I wasn't about to disclose my medical history in front of a shop full of people. They are rude, very unprofessional. There is only Dawn that's decent out the lot of them, that's if she still works for them. How do i report them reported them for a Breach of GDPR.

   Great experience here today. Came in for a cholesterol test and even though I was early, I was accommodated by a lovely Indian lady (name starting with "N"). She talked me through the whole process and was very friendly, professional and was very forthcoming with health advice. Would recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for reasonably priced, no nonsense cholesterol testing.

   Sent prescription to this pharmacy on Wednesday went to collect it Friday as they didn’t send text to say it was ready Told it would be ready Saturday so went there Saturday and was told it wasn’t ready so I queried it then they said only got half of the order so I told them it was ordered Wednesday and I was suffering then buy chance they found the rest of the order! Not going there again if I can help it.

   Sometimes have problems with the prescriptions getting through digitally ( not sure if this is a doctors fault or pharmacy’s computer system , but I’ve got to say a lady called Elaine went above and beyond for me to be kind , kindness goes a long way , well done and please give her the recognition she deserves

   In context don't recomend. I really don't recomend this pharmacy to any one. They only give the prescription to the people they want and that is frustrating. IF YOU ARE SERVING A CUSTOMER TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. It's just rubbish, if you only give medicine to one person and another person you say from door that you don't do that prescription when I can clearly see another person with the same paper prescription. One employee there when you are speaking to them with respect and education she starts to ROLL HER EYES AT THE CLIENT. How are you serving if you don't respect and starts Rolling her eyes in your face and putting faces.

   Went to collect prescriptions for son urgently. Lady hasn’t find anything on system and refused to talk to the doctor as well. Then went back to doctor’s to bring printed code of prescription then hand over to them. I ask about manager, one of the receptionist lady gave a rude laugh. Their behaviour was totally disgusting towards my skin colour. Are they serving the community this way or which community they are only serving.
