⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a lovely experience at Superdrug in New Square, West Bromwich. Veena, the fragrance advisor, was extremely polite and friendly. She went above and beyond by checking if the new Britney Spears perfume was in stock and really took the time to help me. It was such a pleasure to shop with her – she’s a real credit to Superdrug!
Customer service at this store seems to get worse and worse with every visit, glad they’ve opened a new store so we don’t have to put up with this anymore. Every time I visit there is one sales assistant in particular (Black woman with short hair) who is unnecessarily rude and very condescending. You ask her a simple question and she starts huffing and puffing. Some of the things she said during my last visit, you would think she was telling off a young child and not talking to a customer?! All because she was frustrated with previous customers (who she was still bad-mouthing at the time of my visit!). I’m absolutely appalled that she thinks it’s okay to speak to customers this way. You’ve *chosen* to work in a customer-facing role.. basic manners will take you a long way.

Recieved excellent customer service from this store today from both the lady serving on the tills at the front of the store as well as the pharmacist at the back . Friendly, helpful and professional service from two pleasant ladies
A good drug store for all your essential products. In health care and beauty products. I find that this is one of the best and cheapest drug store in the UK.. I'm always astonished with the prices compared to other big company stores.. Well worth a look even if you just want to price comparison.. You can buy large size hand santatisers for one pound.. Mega deals on offer from time to time...
Normally staff are quick on til not today the asain girl was taking ages serving customers approx 5.10pm we were standing in the queue for ages! Sure should be more than 1 person working in store...So left items and left shop! :(
