I rang to check if they had some items in their stock but lady picked my call was so rude . You don’t know if the person calling is already having a really bad day . Really disappointed.
Fantastic customer service, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Let down by never answering telephone, and I mean never. Call goes to voicemail when if you lucky you can leave a message but pointless as nobody ever calls back and usually mailbox always full so cannot leave message. Not good at all, so inefficient.
I and my wife have been using this pharmacy for coming on 8 years now. Jayne and Bal are nothing but kind courteous and welcoming each and every time we come in. All too often the fact that we have a great local Pharmacy servicing our community get's overlooked and taken for granted. I love it in this modern world where I can pop in with a prescription, be greeted by name and have a quick chat about how things are going whilst getting a prescription filled. I am not only talking about myself as I witness this with everyone else coming in during my short visits. Local knowledge and consistency leads to better customer service. Jayne, Bal and everyone else working there embody this and demonstrate the absolute continued need for a great local community pharmacy. Thank you ladies and thank you Khaira Pharmacy. Went here on 4/10/22 to get antibiotics for my daughter. The wait time was a joke (over 30 mins)
They are very well organised and helpful - automatically renewed prescriptions and delivered in a timely manner. Great service

Most people there are so helpful and sympathetic. They know that people who come to a pharmacy go through stuff and they talk ever so politely. However I removed 1 star because of only 1 person there who has been dismissive and rude to my husband and I. If we ask a question she will reply quite rudely as if we are disturbing her. She will also use saliva to open bags which, in current covid awareness times, should not be done right? Having said that, the other members of staff deserve the other stars. They are polite and compassionate. If only that lady can make an effort. It does not cost anything to show a little bit of compassion and politeness.

Great help from all the team who got me my medicine before I had to fly out same day, they arranged with doctors to get me a two month script and get arranged with there other pharmacy (Lyng pharmacy) which they was going to collect missing items so my prescription was complete for two months. While they was doing this they sorted out my fit to fly for me to travel. They also offered flu jab and covid booster at the other pharmacy of there’s which I was due to have my booster so had that as well. Great service and will be using this place more when I come back.
