You're in & out in no time at all, you can definitely nip in on your way to somewhere without the fear of having a birthday in there. Not like the one opposite who are just agonising to deal with.

   I can’t praise Sabz (I believe that’s her name) and her amazing team enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure my uncle’s medication was sorted. Even when there were slight delays, they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and care. The staff are always polite, hardworking, and truly dedicated to their customers. Unlike other places, they genuinely listen and do everything they can to help. Sabz, in particular, was incredibly supportive and made sure we got exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that truly puts its customers first, but this one is by far the best in Birmingham! I wouldn’t go anywhere else—fantastic service every time!

   Absolutely abysmal. Mothers medication ordered Thursday 13th feb along with mine. Mine was delivered on Friday 14th. Called following monday and the young arrogant girl said not been done dr fault call them. So called GP surgery they hadn't received the request to call pharmacy and state they not done it right. So called back to pharmacy same young arrogant girl answered and lied again saying will have to put through again as Dr's not know what doing. It be done ASAP at this point moms medication was down to dregs. Called again yesterday told waiting. Called today, same arrogant person stating waiting. I called myself this afternoon the same arrogant girl went well it be with you this afternoon call at 4.45pm if not received. I waited until 5.10pm and called again the girl again was arrogant and went with attitude well who said be today I said you did!!!! Moms run out of medication I shouldn't have to chase this whilst I work. She went wait and I could hear her say to this girl who I found named Sabah deal with this will you. This Sabah girl was just as cocky I said moms run out she went well wait until 6pm call tomorrow I said moms out of medication which you cannot stop just like that so be really she went well told you be until 6pm I went you all keep lying to me. She went I can assure you we dont. Awful attitude and awful service getting worse all the time. Young bits of girls who got chip on shoulder and not able to do the job right this been worse one yet will be looking for another pharmacy as I dont like being lied to and for their incompetence to put health in jeapody.
