   Not sure why but whenever I order my depressants (Fluoxetine!) & specifically capsules which is what my psychiatrist put me on due to fear of choking & capsules being easier for me to take. every time as of the last few months ..want to say from April, they have changed it to ‘Olena dispensable’ which is ALWAYS out of stock.??? & not a capsule. I never requested that in the first place. I requested Fluoxetine. They said the doctors are the ones who change it, funnily enough I rang them, oh no we haven’t changed anything. So why do you keep changing it to some random other medicine that is always unavailable? & not what was requested originally? It’s odd. Not to mention when trying to speak to someone on your app they never seem to reply back! Quite sad to be honest, there’s people who genuinely NEED their medication, me being one of them. It’s getting ridiculous now. Genuinely didn’t have a bad word to say when I first used well, however now it’s drastically gone downhill..

   Don't even want to give it one star.this place is disgusting. My husband and son paid around £450 for a fit to fly test.they did it on Monday and said it would be done by Tuesday. We were flying out on Wednesday. We kept ringing them but they said they hadn't heard anything off the lab.we were so frustrated. Anyway .husband and son finally got thier results around 10am on Thursday. So obviously they didn't go on the holiday which was £3000. We can't sue them has apparently there is a clause in the form that husband signed.i am absolutely fuming.halfwits

   i use thid chemist regularly to order my repeat prescriptions. They offer an extremely efficient and prompt service. Laura the regular pharmcist is vey knowledgeable and helpful..my husband and I have our flu vaccinatioms etc here too Would not hesitate to recommend the team here
