   Staffs work so hard trying to get through workloads during this pandemic. They only keep staffs who are always on sickness but those ones still coming to work deserve to be praised and acknowledged, well done.

   Was okay could spend less time standing around waiting to get served> UPDATE:over the last few months i have changed to boots pharmacy for my prescriptions and in this time i have changed my mind and the staff in there are brilliant ready to listen and answer your questions ,and when my tablets are and i dont beat there text to collect i get a timely reminder of a text telling me that are ready my rating gone from four star to 5***** all the way ..

   3 stars for the friendly staff and cleanliness of shop but they really need to organise things. Staff seem to be over worked which results in prescriptions not getting done. Go in to collect and told 5 or 10 mins wait so I say I'll be back later. Go back and it's still not done

   Yet again problems finding my Boots order. As I entered the Boots people waiting while 3 members of staff are in the back trying to locate a lost prescription. After a 10 minute wait I was questioned whether I had the email confirmation about the order to which I replied yes. Whilst I am waiting for my order the pharmacist covering shouts across the shop at this little old lady asking her how the prescription was delivered she replies saying that her son dropped it off. He finally locates the prescription and he shouts again to check other personal sensitive information. What happened to dignity and confidentiality. I wonder which University passed this pharmacist as he has no people skills. Finally got my order and left. It is getting worse and worse. Boots should be ashamed of this Aspley Lane pharmacy. Standards fall below any acceptable standard. I have been using this pharmacy on and off for last 14 years but can say that never been impressed. So disorganised and staff so ignorant. They all need value and behaviours training.
