   When I went to pick up my prescription earlier this month, the pharmacist confirmed that they had checked it. However, it was clear that it hadn't in fact been checked, as the tablets I had been given contained lactose (there is a very clear note on my prescription saying that I cannot have medication containing lactose). I phoned up the following day to check that the reordered prescription had arrived, and was informed that the exact same brand had been delivered. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me that it's impossible to order a particular brand of medication (my prescription note also mentions three brands I know I can have), and could only suggest I try another pharmacy. When I phoned my GP practice to explain the situation and request help, it transpired that the pharmacist had lied, as the receptionist told me that it is in fact possible for a pharmacy to order a particular brand if they phone the supplier. Avoid at all costs if you have any sort of dietary requirement.

   Never have anything in stock and messed up prescription giving me less then I should have now I have to pray they will believe me and give me the other pills but one young girl who wears makeup is lovely

   When I went into the pharmacy yesterday for my prescription they said they didn’t have all of my meds and that I need to come back in the middle of the week. They were very rude when I proceeded to ask questions they got my name wrong and tried to give me another person prescription. Your pharmacy is a joke and you need to be closed Down or atleast some new staff. You got my sons prescription date wrong so it was out of date and I had to call you to make sure he could still have it or if that was normal. You aren’t a good running company.

   No one answers the phone. Only wanted to find out if prescription had been sent and prepared for my elderly mother. Rang the phone while I waited, no one answers. The items weren’t in stock, could of saved the journey.

   I were told I had a simple water infection, put on antibiotics I'd been throwing up for over 10 weeks or more, they didn't even send me for a scan even though I'd got blood in my urine, I were ushered out of the room saying times up, I got worse and worse and could barely stand up, I had a high fever, I couldn't take anymore, I were vomiting blood so I foned 111 an ambulance were sent straight out, it turned out I had a severe inflamed kidney and an abscess on my kidney. I'm now looking to su, don't join this practice.
