   Outstanding service! Contacted them after being referred by NHS 111. They offered me to go and be assessed in person, rather than through the phone. I thought it was worth it to drive from Mansfield as it will still take me less time than going to a walk in centre. Had all the checks done, had everything explained in details. The pharmacist was very kind and even offered to have a look at my daughter who’d been feeling unwell, same as me. He was really reassuring and thorough. I would 100% recommend them.

   I came in with a potential ear infection, and they did not take the time to listen to my concerns and refused to offer me help because I was above the age of 17 (whatever that means). The conversation was cut short and the pharmacist moved onto the next patient. Very poor service, nothing was explained properly I wasn’t just pushed away.

   Rang earlier tonight (11pm) and spoke about concerns for my son was quite worried. Was told I come down and get him checked and I did and was reassured and he answered all my questions and helped me so much. Recommend this pharmacy. He also took all my details down also and said I’m welcome back with anymore concerns! He also asked for an update how we get on with the medicines recommended!!

   I rang to see if they had any liquid penicillin for my little boy, unfortunately they didn’t like the other 10 pharmacies I’d rang but the man on the phone was incredibly helpful and caring. He even rang me back hours later and asked how I’d got on and said he’d stay open later if needed. So kind and caring, the only person to have rang and asked/cared about my little boy and the situation we’ve found ourselves in. What a lovely, lovely man!

   Just like to say a big thank you to the kind gentleman that works here who helped me get important medicine for our 3 year old son tonight, very caring and helpful man. After trying 3 different Tesco's tonight, all sold out. Thank you for your help and an excellent pharmacy indeed.

   Morline and Nasa are by far the nicest people you will ever meet. They great you with the nicest hello and nothing is too much trouble. It’s genuinely like walking into a family home and they are honestly there to help. If you want great customer service where nothing is too much trouble, This is the place to go! They also give great pharmacy advice and assist in what’s right for you! Thank you both!

   my family and i have been going to this pharmacy for years, the team are always so helpful and suggest alternatives if something is out of stock from the manufacturer. I can't thank them enough for recommending an alternative medication as it has worked better for me. The pharmacist has a very calm and empathetic approach and always goes out of his way to help. Good friendly customer service
