   I changed to a delivery option for my very elderly and partially sighted mother about 15 months ago and there haven’t been many occasions when it has worked well and has left mum without medication on several occasions. Whatever the issues are, they haven’t improved and communication from staff is not helpful. Some staff have been terse and rude and I will be changing pharmacy as a result.

   Went into boots at plympton health centre and was completely ignored by staff ! We all feel we are over worked and underpaid however if you are going to a job dealing with the public please acknowledge our presence!!

   I've never had any issues with this boots reordering my medication automatically for me until I had a 2nd prescription added. They have never reordered my 2nd prescription, despite requesting this several times, and now they no longer reorder my 1st medication which has previously had no problems. Due to this I've now had to find another pharmacy who can hopefully reorder both for me automatically.

   It's a lovely little local handy boots but there is one member of staff in there who is shocking. Over the last 4 years I have been going in there she is rude, blunt, abrupt, gives dirty looks and I have told her to her face how rude she is and witnessed other customers having the same horrendous experience with her. No customer service skills whatsoever. I used to work for Boots in London and I know how focused they are on providing excellent Customer service, so I'm very shocked she is still working there!!

   Rude member of staff. Didn't receive text to say prescription was ready to collect either, even though I was told that I would receive one, so I waited patiently beyond the 2 days they said it might be available and I had to chase it up myself. I hope others have better experiences there than I have. Won't be using for future prescriptions.

   Fantastic staff - Jackie on front counter plus Catherine the pharmacist. Will do anything to help you with no problems. Small pharmacy for all the patients they serve perhaps boots could update their store.

   Great service from staff trying to cope with high customer levels. They do seem to be on the receiving end of a disorganised electronic prescription system from surgery next door! Can be a fair wait when busy, but staff helpful and mostly cheery. ☺
