Appalling service. I try to explain when I was going in for my flu vaccine paid for by my company that due to the football that was going on I was finding it very hard to park. Then I was giving the excuse. You come in late and there's limited vaccines but that does not make sense. And what a stupid pathetic excuse. I paid for the vaccine so there should be one reserved for me. Couldn't get another appointment cuz it was all fully booked which I do understand but it was just the excuse that there was no more vaccines left or that they had a limited supply which just did not make sense. Be honest to customers and don't feed them with lies

Went in to the Drake Circus Plymouth branch to enquire about inexpensive perfume, waited for a girl (oriental, working by the Savage perfumes) to be free. Watched her fuss around forever with a bottle of perfume in a carrier bag I could get a week's shopping in, tissue paper galore, spraying perfume in and around it, etc.. (imagine Rowan Atkinson in Love Actually!). Finally got to us and couldn't give a toss because we wasn't intending spending enough with her. We were as good as dismissed from the shop... Well Boots, we got what we wanted in Superdrug and spent more in there. Won't be back for that expensive perfume we was also considering. Terrible attitude.

I needed a morning after pill and had to wait half an hour just to get what I needed. A lot of people were coming to the health desk and were immediately given what they needed from the contraception & intimate health but I was told I had to wait 30min

Please be warned when buying from here. Purchased a pair of £25 sunglasses from here beginning of Aug 25. Pin came out of arm after wearing. Returned them to store I understand should be offered a replacement repair or refund as faulty. After assistant checked with manager through ear piece she said I was entitled to nothing. Asked to see manager in person who then took sunglasses to boots opticians and put pin back in from me. I will not shop again in a boots store disgusting cistomer service !!!!

I don’t know if it’s a common experience as a lot of friends and family have complained of the same thing, but I cannot seem to just browse products without being followed around by staff and clearly viewed as a potential thief. Nearly every time I go in I can’t help but feel really uncomfortable and judged. I’ve even had what I assume was management based on the way she was dressed get irritated and snapped at my child for touching products on the shelves (he was not being destructive just curious) and been so rude I’ve literally dumped an entire handful of products back on the shelf and just left without getting what I wanted to purchase. It’s not a friendly store to visit and unfortunately a lot of staff lack basic manners and seem to think it’s okay to treat everyone like thief. There is definitely a snotty attitude and this has been one of many negative experiences here over the past few years.

Lovely store. Big and busy. Staff most of them are lovely. Especially the ladies on the No7 counter always helpful.

Picked up a great present at a sale price. Staff were stocking shelves and moving items around for the new sales deals - making sure labels were correct and clear while also being very aware of customers wanting access items on the shelf and giving room as needed. Used the self service check out quickly and easily Quick shop at a very busy time hugely appreciated

Great place to shop, especially for dummies and things for babies. It's also nice to see that they still have Mothercare clothes in there as well. Not much of a variety could do with a bit more variety but on the whole really good place to shop. Never had any complaints, not even from staff who are amazing

A good size boots store, but the staff are not really on hand often if you need help. All the checkouts are self-serve which does not suit everyone, the couple of remaining checkouts have a taped sign saying customer service on, and staff not even there. Better service in the new Superdrug.

Went in looking for hair products and some shaving foam. Spoke with a member of staff who was quite helpful. Managed to get the foam I wanted and a frizz ease product for my wife's hair. A little more expensive than contemporaries, but happy on this occasion.
