This pharmacy is poor disrespectful. Will not be using again. The way they spoke to a disabled lady whilst in their was horrendous. She was in tears outside. This chemist always uses the excuse of its the doctors fault never them. I will be complaining to appropriate person/s a out this poor patient care etc.

Worst stocked pharmacist I've ever been too, some staff are helpful the younger ones don't care. The refused to look for bandages I need for my surgical wound. Appalling.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Had to move as they made me feel so uncomfortable when having to collect my medication to the point I was thinking about stopping my medication all together cause when the time came to collect it I was dreading it to be honest and i was always messed about. Lady told me my prescription wasn’t ready I then asked her to double check for me as I had received a message they were ready. She turned around picked them up and gave them to me . I was too shocked to speak at the time. So moral of the story don’t waste your time using this place .

Absolute jobs worth’s. Told me I couldn’t get what was on my prescription from the dentist as they put a brand name on it. What else would they put? Gone to another chemist no issues. Absolute shambles. Staff are all rude and whispering stuff under their breath. Saw you laughing together when I left also. Shame on you. Manager needs to sort this out. You may laugh at the wrong person one day.

SO busy .. but SO nice! I had my covid appointment today at the pharmacy, I had an appointment and was surprise to see such a queue. You can really feel how our NHS is under pressure under the tories! I must admit the sun was out and appart from the odd one everybody was in good spirit. The queue moved really fast and when it was my turn I was welcome with a smile from both the nurse and the pharmacist. Very caring attitude and very friendly. Thank you for making this experience really pleasant.

I've been trying to ring them for a week now (as I'm away for a few days) but keep getting line is busy but then I will try again it will ring then the call will end try again then go back to being line is busy. I know it's not their fault if they are busy but I think it's a joke that I can't even ring up to see if my pills are ready to pick up!

The staff are invariably pleasant & helpful at Devonport. If it is busy when you visit just know that it isn’t their fault…..just be patient & remember that the staff want to help you. Try to be as nice as they are.

My partner and I got all out traval vaccines and malaria information from Alex. He has been jabbing us for months, very nice and professional. Really great knowledge on what we may or may not need for our world trip. Thanks Alex!

Very rude degrading welcome from the staff and pharmacist alike, no customer skills at all. You are treated like you are a lower life form and do not deserve their time. Politeness costs nothing, rudeness costs a person's feelings and mental state. If you where my staff I would have you at back of house, non customer facing. Let's hope you never enter my business, I would give you nothing more than the same welcome you gave me.
