   I would like to thank the pharmacy staff Tues 16th December..For advising me on what Allergy supplement I needed and nasal spray ..I have a mould Allergy and your staff asked me what symptoms I had and they advised on what I should be taking .I now understand that Allergy symptoms can vary .I started the Allergy supplement last night when I got home within a short time I felt an noticeable relief in my symptoms.. So a Big Thanku to the Pharmacy Staff in this .SUPERDRUG STORE . KIND REGARDS.

   Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customers appear to be an inconvenience, at least first thing in the morning. Shelf fillers pushed past me and walked between me and the shelves and the lady at the till did not acknowledge me in any way and only said thank you when she realised I was waiting for it having said thank you to her several times.

   After ringing around and visiting loads of pharmacies in Plymouth to get a prescription cream this was the only place that had any. suggestions. The lovely lady who answered the phone has given me an alternative that I can request from my GP. Thank you so much for your help.

   Really great costumer service. Close for lunch 2-2:30pm every day which isn't shown anywhere on website so forgot few times they'd be closed
