   Visited for fist time after ringing them, pharmacist was okay the person serving was snappy on the phone also while in there she was very rude and snapped after I asked a question, left the rest of my prescription there will not be going in there again am not racist, she has no respect for customers though we she works for us and we pay her wages

   Really unhelpful staff. There is a queue and no one is joining to serve, instead they are busy packing things in the back and talking. They looked like they really didn’t want to be there. I asked for help with a specific issue, I explained what didn’t work and what I’d like to try if possible. They kept offering me solutions that I had already tried and explained that didn’t work. I ended ordering the item from Amazon.

   Absolutely diabolical staff down there deprived of getting your own medication like they are paying for it. Think they are above you. Iv had to change my chemist because of them. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.

   We were not receiving text message to say medication was ready, they have cancelled this service.. but had they told anyone.. NO. The young lady serving expecting me to know this ! When here colleague tried to tell her that customers didn't know she was rude to her. The young lady treated me as if I was stupid. Other people came in with the same problem whilst I was there, concluding that I wasn't the only one unaware.

   Instructed to go in for COVID booster told it had disabled parking it does NOT. Had to wait till a temporary ramp was fitted to dorway b4 we could get wheelchair in then consultation roon very small. Whole venu not wheelchair friendly.

   Lovely lady, friendly, patient, helpful and cheerful. A breath of fresh air when you're feeling a bit rough. Even with more difficult customers. Had to comment because it's quite rare to see lately, exceptional young lady.name on her badge was Harriet.

   Always picked my repeat prescription up on Saturday afternoon and now they have decided not to to open on a Saturday afternoon ! I am unable to get the the pharmacy at any other time so after the hassle of getting an emergency prescription fulfilled by a friendly and helpful pharmacy in Saltash, I have to find another pharmacy for my repeats.

   This pharmacy is a joke! They are never in a hurry to serve you, they see you are there but carry on in the back doing what ever it was they were doing they leave you standing there waiting for about 5 minutes before deciding to come serve you. When they eventually come serve you they are all miserable and abrupt. They NEVER answer their phone. There could be one person waiting to be served and 2 people behind the counter and it still takes them 5 minutes to come serve you!
