When you make all the right steps to try and not run out of pain medication and then you go to collect it 4 days after being issued and they don't have the stock... Maybe this is bad luck and bad timing for me but I don't understand how it cannot be ready. Making a trip to the pharmacy when you're unwell is so difficult let alone when the pharmacy hardly ever answers the phone. That was my second time leaving the house since I had my chemo round. *Update* Making sure my doctors never sent my prescription to this pharmacy again. Short blonde "manager" had a repulsive attitude to me asking how much longer would my prescription take when I'd been waiting for 15 minutes for a prescription sent two days ago. Smirking at and giving attitude to a cancer patient when you work at a pharmacy is unbelievable. Weird how my prescription materialised the second I got impatient. The professionalism is seriously lacking, all the staff (including the pharmacist!) act like they're working in a spit and sawdust pub! After a day of radiotherapy this has been unbelievably distressing. If you're reading this as the staff, please take better care because not everyone has the courage to complain or leave bad reviews! You're dealing with sick people at their worst!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! Every visit is met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and they always take the time to answer any questions with patience and care.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever used .meds never there on time . When I first used them they were really gd and friendly but since they keep changing pharmacist and staff come right downhill used to be able to go in there and the staff used to know me but now he’s getting used to the new staff. I ain’t know nothing and I need my MEDS every day. I’ve had to go without my meds nearly a week because of this pharmacy.

Scammy pharmacy! My relative ordered their prescription medication a while ago, paid for it in advance, only received part of the prescribed amount and was assured they would either get the remaining amount in the following days (never came, the excuse given was a supply issue) or they would get a refund consistent with the part that was not dispensed, as long as they came back to the pharmacy in person and spoke with the manager (they also do not live nearby so a trip to this pharmacy costs time and money). They showed up later on, was told getting a refund is not possible since they were dispensed part of it already, but no one had explained any of it before taking their money, which sounds like a scam. A solution to recover the stolen value was not provided. My relative was offered to order the product again with another prescription, but given this precedent the pharmacy will not be trusted again, the more so leaving the prescription in their hand means not being able to order at a different pharmacy. It was also hard not to notice the tone of the pharmacist, which seemed like the condescending tone used for "drug seeking" patients. Coming from me and my relative, both doctors, we cannot help but to feel disgusted by their terrible attitude and lack of professionalism. Do not leave money in their hands until they dispense your products or you're in for a surprise!

They failed to fulfil my prescription for 5 consecutive days, I've been told its gone to Central hub and even after that the item I need is still missing. This is disgusting that I am now left with no meds for a full week

A busy pharmacy, staff are helpful and patient with you if you are patient with them.

Never had a problem with this pharmacy. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. Ignore the lower star ratings as they are probably due to the "over-entitled" or people that have forgotten to request a repeat prescription and are taking it out on the pharmacy.

This would be a 0 star rating if at all possible. My dad has an on going arrangement in place with this chemist for a 56 day repeat perscription to be left with no medication since Friday as they had not ordered his meds in. My dad was told Saturday it was not their (chemist) problem ! Then today told by the chemist to ring the docs and chase up the script they had put through for the docs yo say no such request has been made since October. Then he was accused by someone on the phone at the chemist if making threats to them when he was stating a fact. That fact being if it were life dependent /threatening medication someone needed but didn't receive because the chemist failed to order them could result in their death. For example if my insulin wasn't ordered and I had to go all weekend without any I'd more than likely be in a comer now! The attitude off staff at this chemist is disgusting and customer relation training us required! He has now been told the script will not be sent to the docs until tomorrow and therefore his script won't be ready for collection until potentially Friday!!!!!!!
