   I was seen by Carolyn at the travel clinic in King Street pharmacy and was very satisfied with the experience. She was so lovely throughout helping me manage my needle phobia and being very informative on what vaccines would be best suited for my trip! Also went out her way to provide follow up support information about all discussed topics after even without me asking! As a result the whole process was made seamless and I would 100% recommend others go here as you will be treated excellently.

   Seen earlier than scheduled. Very thorough explanation of pros and cons of different medications for foreign trip with lots of advice. Clear instructions of how/when to take meds. Carolyn was very enthusiastic and what could have been a complicated session became very clear - well done Carolyn!!

   The service at city doc was great. The pharmacist was patient and kind when she administered the vaccine. She was also thorough when she explained the side effects of the vaccination and how to use the yellow fever card when travelling.

   I booked a short notice holiday to Thailand giving no thought to whether I'd had the recommended vaccinations. No problem - I booked an online appointment with King Street Pharmacy and within 2 hours I was sat having an assessment with the delightful and extremely well informed Carolyn who quickly put me at ease before proceeding to discuss in some detail the vaccinations that I should consider having. There was no hard sell just good medical advice and recommendation. I am most impressed by this excellent service.

   I've used this pharmacy for years but in the last few months it's been really frustrating. All you get when you phone them is the answer phone no matter what time of the day you phone! I've tried ordering my repeat prescription through this service but nothing has been done. Never had a problem before.. please just answer phones as I have to work but need meds and can only phone at certain times. Docs don't take repeats over the phone either even though it gives you the option.

   I have always came to this pharmacy I grew up in the area and they know my family well. I have never had a problem with them until now or should I say I have an problem with the manager. I was told that that my antidepressants would be delivered on Thursday or Friday I ordered them a week before so I've been without this for 2 weeks and I can not do anything. I can't cook or clean or function at all, all I do is sleep and cry. When I called them up today. I asked the girl if I could speak to the manger and when he came on the phone and I explained the situation to him, he told me that there was a delivery but nobody answers I asked why there was no call or email saying that and he was really rude to me. Throughout the call he was extremely rude to me. He was laughing at me on the phone and basically said that it's not their problem.

   Do not make covid Pcr test in this pharmacy, they are lying that you will receive result quick but I had to wait almost 40 hours, I've missed my fly to Spain, when I phoned them, lady didn't want to speak and 3 times disconnected my phone call. Wery rude stuff, dishonest and disrespectful. They are nice when you pay but when you need something from them, they turn in to a grumpy unhelpful people. Please do not make the same mistake, don't trust them, go to different pharmacy, to professionals.
