I’ve been using this pharmacy for a number of years and have consistently had good experience. I have got the impression that the staff genuinely care. There’s a booth next to the till where you can talk to a pharmacist at your request. They’re often attentive as well and have on a number of times I’ve been panicking about something they have calmly brought me into the booth to chat. One time I was struggling with having to collect a few prescriptions at once and the pharmacist on duty helped me go through the process of getting a prepaid certificate so I could save money. It’s well stocked with notices about various services, staff know the layout and can help you have discrete conversations about which of the products is best to purchase for your situation. They are knowledgable. The only time waiting is an issue is when school is let out that sort of 3:30-4:30pm window is naturally the time parents in the neighbourhood might grab prescriptions while on their way home from the school run.

How long does it take to answer a phone? Just spent 40 minutes trying to find out why my partners medication hasn't been delivered and no one has bothered to pick up... seriously if I had walked in, would I have had to wait that long to be seen at the counter? This is negligent behaviour... of the highest order, especially when your partner has run out of 1 medication this morning and will run out of another on Sunday and there's always her butec patches, you put in for them at the doctors the week before she needs a fresh batch delivered and they pass the buck to the doctors office... last batch I had to go collect 2 weeks after after we should've received them... 2 weeks without an essential painkiller that needs to be in her system daily!

The lady wearing glasses and a mask refused to sell me a box of cocodamol, I'm allergic to ibuprofen, which I told her and she refused service because..... She sold me a box a month ago. What a stupid, ignorant thing to say, if she'd sold me a box last week, I may understand but a month ago, thats suitable use for cocodamol. We're told to go to the chemist for help but I can see from the other reviews, they're not helping people. Why do some pharmacy staff get a god complex, you're just a shop assistant, don't be so judgemental and hostile to customers again.

Always friendly, helpful, lots of advice if required. Easy access, couple of seats if needed. Lots of other items to buy at reasonable prices.

Visit regularly to pick up medication - unfortunately always a poor experience. Service is slow and staff are often rude and blame customers for mistakes they haven't caused. Most orders are no longer packed on site meaning medication can often take a long time to arrive (especially when they forget to tell you it's ready...) Was also referred to this pharmacy by 111 on one occasion - when visiting the pharmacy had no knowledge of the referral, despite showing proof that 111 had sent it through to them.

Greeted by an extremely rude woman at the desk, was laughed at when i asked to speak to someone about an illness. Felt uncomfortable, staff were rude to all other customers in the shop at the time aswell. Wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1. Don’t go there. Do not recommend.

I cant put my finger on why this pharmacy is so poor. Either the staff just dont care or they lack support/training or the right levels of staffing. The staff are generally friendly and polite though There always seems to be a wait for service and the shop is disorganised and littered with empty stock packaging or deliveries. Whilst waiting today I was shocked at the amount of dust on the shelves. This is my nearest pharmacy but its time to move on, a slightly longer journey should deliver better service.

I have only ever experienced first class service from this pharmacy so much so their pharmacist saved me from having a stroke or heart attack ! I was picking up my stomach medication when she offered to take my blood pressure which was 210/120 . No matter what I’ve gone in for they give you their expert help saving the NHS wasted doctors appointments.

This is the most unhelpful pharmacy I have come across. The current staffs are not as efficient as the previous staffs. All they can offer you is "Sorry, that's not our problem". They had my prescription for over 10 days and when I rang them to check as my presciptions runs out the next day, I was told they haven't got my rpescriptions ready and it is not their problem if my presciptions runs out the next day!
