I collect my prescriptions here. I've been coming here for years. The staff are always polite and professional. Top service!

I've been trying to get through all day and no one will answer the phone. Earlier the line was busy and I called back until it rang. All it does is ring out. It's been that way all day.

Peak Pharmacy Chatsworth road, consistently ignore the phone lines most parts of the day when customers are trying to order vital medication. This is because they are either behind with their orders, not enough staff or just can't be bothered to pick up the phone. NHS app is the answer but not everyone can use it, especially if you share the same email address or don't have access to an electronic device.

We keep on being told not to bother our doctors with minor ailments, so this morning, I went to have a quick chat with the pharmacist about an issue which might be nothing, but nevertheless, I am concerned about. The lady serving was very polite when I asked if I could have a quick word with the pharmacist please. She then apologised and said that the pharmacist was in the middle of something, but would be with me shortly. Not a problem at all, but I waited, and waited, and waited a bit longer. The lady looked very embarrassed and kept asking her colleagues (unprompted by me) whether Sarah (presumably the pharmacist) had forgotten that I was waiting. I waited a bit longer, and a bit longer still, and eventually gave up. The lady serving was extremely apologetic, but I recognise that the situation was not of her doing. I understand that pharmacists are busy people, but had I been asked to call back later, that would not have been a problem. I felt like I was just an inconvenience to the pharmacist.

The staff at this pharmacy always go above and beyond with their willingness to help you. Recently I ran out of HRT and the male pharmacist phoned my GP for an emergency supply as I was about to go away for 3 weeks. Excellent Customer Service

Husband just been for ibruphen for me as I’ve just had a c section The woman on front desk told him I couldn’t have it due to breastfeeding yet I was prescribed it in hospital along with paracetamol and oramorph At home just have ibruphen and paracetamol but ran out today of ibuprofen hence why he went to the chemist The the pharmacist need to brush up on their knowledge as you can and should take ibruphen at home for pain management after c sections, some women take codein if not breastfeeding post c sections The pharmacist proceeded with -your wife shouldn’t be in pain(yes I am because I ran out of pain killers)!it’s when you have breakthrough pain while on painkillers that’s a problem They also said stupidly-is your midwife coming-what on earth is this question after question for a packet of ibruphen Will not be using this chemist again!far too intrusive, luckily the shop was empty

Very poor service. Having turned up in the morning to see a notice on the door which stated due to unforeseen circumstances we will only be open between 12 - 13.00. OK you can accept this so I went back for 11.50am. The queue began to grow and grow. They eventually opened at 12.10 when the young pharmacist I assume turned up. I learned from those in the queue that he had overslept!! This may or may not be true but when they eventually opened the shop there was no apology or explanation from any staff members. So rude and and very poor customer service.
