My recent interaction with Baslow health centre was just 1st Class, helpful staff who genuinely wanted to get me sorted and on my way, linked with the visit to Chesterfield Royal (I know !!, but it was really really great) my sense of being cared for was more like the world used to be. So many many thanks all, just thought i'd say.

Been a patient here since my teenage years, always very good. Recently the service has dropped dramatically, no longer very helpful, very difficult to get an appointment.

Sometimes I go to this hospital because my doctor is here. If you call in the morning, you can get an appointment on the same day.

This practice is the best in the area by far. The receptionists do their very best to give out appointments or sign post to the best place, the dispensary staff always have medications ready on time (if you wait and don’t turn up up early, as they ask), and the Doctors and nurses are caring, helpful and reassuring. Thank you to the whole team

shocking n have been for years now. doctors refuse to listen n pharmacy make horrendous gaffs with prescriptions n when you complain you're greeted with a flippant couldn't care less attitude. avoid this cowboy operation of a doctor's because sooner or later someone is going to pay with their life because of this surgeries attitude n management. 0/10 all round for these bunch of Muppets.

Receptionists are rude and have made me pay twice for my prescription on a regular basis. I take 30mg citalopram but because that comes in two packs, certain receptionists have made me pay twice and have not listened when I've said its a single prescription. No internet facilities so you can't book appointments or order prescriptions online. I've moved away and needed an emergency prescription but they only have a fax machine which nobody else has so they couldn't forward my details to the relevant people and therefore I am now going through serious withdrawal. I have wanted to complain before but have thought twice about it thinking that possibly the receptionists have been having a bad day. But every single time I've been in I've been made to feel like I'm not welcome and that I'm in the wrong for only wanting to pay once for my single prescription. The phone call today when they refused to help me at all during my time of desperation was the final straw. No apologies, no sympathy, no understanding.

This is a great programme and the Senior Partners thoughts about the ways of looking after the older generation and the way death should be handled is the best I have heard in many years. I was lucky when I had Kidney failure I had a small doctor practice in Mid Wales with a great G.P. called Dr Munday. It is time the government should listern to people like this Lady, but we older generation must understand that with so many of us getting so old our needs need to be reduced, In my opinion we should look at early death being given by the medical porfession. To many people are kept a livewhereas if it was our pet we would have them put down. I wish the practice all the very best and my it continue for along time
