Given the previous poor reviews, it’s always nice to give credit where due! Popped in today for a covid jab booking, and they were helpful enough to also do my flu jab at the same time without the need for another trip/booking. The staff were nice and friendly checking me in, and I was seen promptly. The gentleman administering the jabs was also very nice as he explained how he was the pharmacist, and the vaccinator had called in poorly. As such, he mentioned how he’d got multiple people to see who had booked appointments for jabs, on top of the other elderly walk in patients within the community who he didn’t want to turn down too. Consequently, it’s easy to understand how his working day would very much overrun trying to organise the prescriptions as well in between. People are always quick to complain, but we should always remember to show gratitude when it’s deserved as well. Many thanks to the team and pharmacist!

It’s taken 3 visits and nearly a week to get my last prescription fulfilled properly and it had been sent straight from the doctors. It’s the worst service from a pharmacy that I’ve ever experienced and it’s consistently poor. The phone is not answered, prescriptions are very often days late or missing items and customers are often asked to either come back later or take the prescription to a different pharmacy. I don’t know how it manages to keep going as it’s not fit for purpose. 1 star is one too many.

The service used to be much better now it is shocking I’d say no stars . They never have my prescription which I must have and I ended up phoning once 111 . Then they’ve got the tablet tray wrong with the incorrect tablets! They are rude and I heard they threw someone out of the chemist because he complained his tablets weren’t there.

Took almost 24 hours for a prescription send direct from Doctors. Don't answer phone and open when they like to. Woman on the counter is aggressively rude for no reson and gives Lloyds a bad name. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I think the staff here have been facing some pretty stressful times, like many pharmacies at the moment. I turned up a few times without calling ahead and had to wait a while for my prescription, but since starting to call ahead I have had no issues getting my items quickly and the staff are very helpful. Thank you team.

Unit 7, Wardgate Way, Chesterfield, S40 4SL Kept waiting 20 minutes while they found my online doctors order and then told I would have to wait another 30 minutes to dispense my prescription. I understand waiting a certain amount of time but they are so slaphappy waiting for 20 minutes before they even tell me they have found my online order. I've got to be honest when I go to Peak Pharmacy it's nothing like this, it's waiting for me as I walk through the door. Needless to say I have cancelled my prescription with this SHOWER that call themselves a pharmacy. This is my second visit and the first I had just the same experience, I thought I would give them the benefit of a second chance, my mistake. My advice would be to have nothing to do with this poor customer service pharmacy. They need to improve systems and have a good look at customer service.

The amount of issues I've had with these are horrendous. Ranging from being told off for not calling in advance before picking up a prescription when in fact I have but they never answer or its always engaged that you have to ring so many times (as seen below), to being told my prescription never came through after waiting hours from it being sent from the doctor I spoke to ON THE SAME DAY OR SAME WEEK. Some of the staff there are rude, I don't believe that half the medication you have is important. For example, one situation happened when I ordered my antidepressants and I was in desperate need of them. I asked for them off my doctors online service but they cancelled it due to the date being so early (at this point they up my dose so I needed more) so I had to ring the doctors up to get them in that day. I rang the pharmacy up asking for it to be done today as its urgent and she told me I should've gave them a week in advance! I tried to explain to her that I sent a request but it got denied but she didn't believe me. Currently changing pharmacy to the big tesco instead, they seem to do a better job.
