   We do most of our shopping at this store . It’s getting worse the staff who are pickers for online orders have no consideration for customers. I was just getting an item of the shelf when one of the staff reached for an item off the same shelf and I had to step back and wait . I understand they have a job to do but that was just rude . They leave the trolley in the isles so you have to wait . The bread we wanted to purchase was out of date that day we asked a staff member if they had any with a better date they just said no and walked off no customer service what so ever . One of the on line pickers just picked one up and didn’t even check the dates for customers. That’s why online shopping isn’t for me .

   Took my 3 year old twin boys for a haircut today and honestly, it’s the best their hair has ever been cut. Super quick, so patient with them, and the results were brilliant. We’ll definitely be back - highly recommend!

   A huge Tesco which is very easy to get to with loads of parking and lots disabled spaces as well. Two entrances so quick to get to the shop floor. Lots of small shops on the ground floor plus a barbers on second floor. Anytime that you might need food and drink wise will be there. Lots of staff all picking orders or filling up shelves. The only downside I found was it was so cold around the fridge section a bit uncomfortable but to be expected i suppose. Ticks all the boxes.

   After shopping, I had the misfortune to visit the ladies' lavatories at this Tesco Extra yesterday. All 3 cubicles were deplorable - dirty, with loo paper strewn about the floor and an overflowing sanitary bin. I can't imagine when it was last cleaned! It was my first and definitely last visit.

   A nice place to shop, especially when the weather is wet as it's all undercover including most of the carpark, which there is loads of spaces and also has electric car charging points. It's good to go here for everything, not just food. Household, garden, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, pretty much everything. The past couple of times tho, a few of the freezers have been empty so not been able to purchase everything needed. I always use the hand held scan yourself as it's quicker and can pack your bags straight away without any messing. The staff on the checkouts are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately which is more than I can say for the workers who go round collecting the online shopping. Some of them are a bit rude and don't always move out of the way for you or block the isles when they are talking. Some items have good deals on if you have a Tesco clubcard so I would highly recommend getting one of them if you haven't already.

   Excellent service & empathy from a young assistant on self service checkouts on Thurs 15th Dec. (Didn't catch her name)Helped my partner at the checkout, return some items which we couldn't afford. She did this without judgement, asked a fellow shopper to use his clubcard to try & get the price lower. Wonderful lady. Thank you.

   Needs some improvements here. The stock and range of products is good, but staffing levels are woeful. If you need help with anything then finding any staff member to offer assistance is hard work! Eve customer service desk is not always staffed and I was left standing there for ages. Self scan can be hit and miss as to if it works or not, but queues at the checkouts are very long because so few are actually open!
