Fantastic service. My usual chemist transferred me to this one as I need home deliveries. They process the prescriptions straightaway and either text or ring me to check my availability, delivering to me on the following day. Therefore I get my prescriptions within 24 hours of ordering. Fantastic service, a life saver, whilst I am pretty much housebound.

Dreadful, week since prescription given to them, no sign yet of medication!? Staff make silly excuses and wonder why customers get upset, I'm disabled and have few other options, very poor.
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Consistently unhelpful and incompetent staff, arrangements made then never followed, staff manning the phones never pass on the messages or make notes, let down by delivery service, was even told to ‘fix their pharmacy system if I knew so much about it, and if I didn’t like it to use another pharmacy’. Every month there is an issue with this pharmacy. Consistently bad and unhelpful staff attitudes does not help. Then they were arguing that they’ve delivered items they haven’t, they were adamant I had had them, when I hadn’t, this was later rectified and they had to send another van out. Do not rely on this pharmacy, use them at your own risk. Zero stars and more trouble than it’s worth.
Never delivery medicine on time, have to wait for days when medicine is needed there and then, when someone is house bound and rely s on it then I feel sorry for people who do. Absolute abysmal service and changed to tesco and picked prescription up within a hour of it been sent, that's what I call service, don't use peak for a chemist or delivery, 0 out of 10, problem after problem
Got what I needed. However with not being too up on female products, when asking advice on differences, I was spoken to in an inpatient manner, as if I should know what's what. I personally found this rude, belittleing and as if I was interrupting her day. In the past the staff have been decent, but like most places, you are only as good as your last customer. Unfortunately I won't be visiting this Pharmacy again and will go across the road next time, when I need something.
