I've recently moved to this area & I have transferred my scripts to this chemist.I find everyone kind & courteous & helpful. We need to support our local pharmacy so they don't shut.
Unable to dispense urgent repeat medications. ~4 week delay on insulin. Shortage of staff means they're unable to do blister packs. Unfortunately I've had to switch to another branch. What a shame for them.
Arrive at 1:05pm, but because they went on lunch at 1pm I had to wait outside for 30 mins. Takes a minute or two to give me my prescription.

Ordered prescription for pain relief urgent sent to pharmacy from my doctor. I live 200 yards from pharmacy and they have given it to a delivery driver leaving me in pain while driver delivers all over the area great.

Curt and rude. Asked for some behind the counter medication and I felt like I was a criminal. Didn’t explain the medication at all just asked what I was using for and told the total. Felt very hostile, like I had done something wrong. Walked away feeling very unnerved, will not return to this location
