   I always use this pharmacy, I live nearby. I have never had a bad experience of it; the staff are friendly and prompt, (as they do get busy.) I have never been unable to consult a pharmacist either. Hope this balances the odd negative comment.

   I can't honestly thank the pharmacy enough for there help with ensuring I had a home delivery service within the same morning as the prescription given by the Dr I've been unable to walk due to having gout and it's a absolute god send what they provided with help and the medication so fast thank you. Highly appreciated and highly recommended thanks again .

   Disappointed to see quite a few negative reviews. I can only speak from my own experience. Over the past few years every week once or twice, I visit and I am always met with a smile. Sometimes I don't get noticed straight away, but the staff are always diligent and careful. The service provided at Peak is an important one and the staff do it THE RIGHT WAY.    Been in today to collect a prescription for "drugs for the first time" and was unsure as to the drug and possible side effects. The pleasant and attractive lady helped to put my mind at ease and asked the pharmacist too who I also spoke with. He is going to ring me next week to see how I am going with the drug. Excellent service in contrast to Tesco Pharmacy where one of the staff's personality is like the DHSS clerk in Bread I.e. no empathy.

   Great team of staff at this branch, so much so, that we travel around 100 miles per month (which is 3 x per week) instead of using our closest (or most local) pharmacy, which is Boots Pharmacy in the town centre. (We find the staff in there repugnant and their behaviour abhorrent, enough to cause my husband and I to spend what little money we have on travelling to and from Peak Pharmacy (Whitt Moor) 3 times a week. All that being said, I just wanted to give the branch staff a review that was honest and that they deserved.

   How can a pharmacy just put signs up saying open only 2pm to 6pm. When customers are waiting half dozen outside, very ignorant, poor service. Sign does say that if you ring a phone they can arrange your perscription to be collect elsewhere, what it should day, sorty gor your incoinveiance, ring this number to arrange delivery free of charhe. Customers have msde the journey to the pharmzcy olny to be turned awsy.
