   I have been in this morning for an elderly ladies tablets on her behalf, the prescription was ready but was told I shouldn't collect until Thursday as it's not needed till Friday I just called in while I was down street. Anything could happen in that time what if I'm taken ill and can't get down for it or If I leave till Thursday and then there not ready as has happened numerous times before, if it's ready then I don't see why it's a problem, but for a member of staff to shout at me from out of sight is unacceptable, I'm sure she could of come from wherever she was and had a quiet word in my ear.

   A warm welcome. Tentative Efficient staff Knowledgeable pharmacist who will question, correctly, details. On more than one occasion the pharmacist didn't agree with the prescription, questioned it, and was right.

   This is one of the best pharmacy I have ever been with they will help you In so many ways I have issues getting my meds due to what they are and every time we find away to get the proscription will not be using any other pharmacy for as long as I live in the area amazing team of staff always happy to help and advice if there's more than 5 stars I would have given it ******************************************************************************************

   Staff are wonderful, so polite and willing to help, go above and beyond. Pharmacist always available for help and advice. Customer service is 100%. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for products or advice.

   Cannot thank the staff at langold pharmacy enough , no other pharmacy or hospital could get the prescription i so badly needed , they went above and beyond to source the problem and track and order it , fantastic service , they could of literally saved my life .

   Not for the 1st time pharmacist isn't in work on time. Staff walk pass me to enter the building 8 minutes before the pharmacy opening which they could have warned me as it was freezing in the wind. With them closing for an hour at dinner means I can't get my perception I need because I have to work. I'm sure like every other business they could take turns having dinner so the store can stay open. I would avoid this pharmacy and go to one who actually works.

   New staff absolutely appalling, 4 year old daughter has conjunctivitis went to pick up prescription that doctor sent over (had text as proof) made us wait 30 mins then to kick us out and want to close
