   Made an appointment for 8.45am, I arrived early but had to wait as the pharmacy wasn't opened until 8.40am. sat waiting for my appt, when it was 10 minutes late I queried the wait, was told the pharmacist was busy with prescriptions so would have to carry on waiting, I explained that I'd made the appointment at that time so that I would be able to get to work on time, told to wait, after 20 minutes I asked again, pharmacist would be with me in a minute. When the pharmacist finally came to me she publicly told me off for complaining and that appointment times were not guaranteed, I explained that when someone makes an appointment for a specific time they don't expect to be kept waiting for that long and if they had bothered to open the pharmacy on time maybe she wouldn't have been so busy, very rude pharmacist and staff too busy talking about their weekend with each other to take notice of people waiting, no apology just rudeness! Will never enter that pharmacy again
