   My wife has been really impressed with the service at this pharmacy since switching from another chemist where she had experienced ongoing issues. From the moment she moved to this pharmacy, everything has been smooth and efficient — prescriptions are processed quickly and ready for collection in the shop without delay. She has also had a follow up call to check that my new medication has been going well for her, which was very reassuring for her, given she is pregnant. The staff are friendly and helpful, and she’d like to especially like to mention Connor, the pharmacist. He has been outstanding — always calm, professional, and quick to answer any questions she has had. He’s also provided invaluable support and guidance around specific maternity prescriptions, which has made a big difference during a stressful time for her. Overall, she has been extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this pharmacy to friends and family. It’s great to finally have a chemist she can rely on.

   This pharmacy won't send a text message when items are ready for pick up. Unlike other branches of Peak Pharmacy.This is important if I need insulin before the weekend. And not open on a Saturday at all.

   Terrible service it sometimes takes nearly a week for your prescription to be done not good at all especially for the medicines you need that you can only order every 4 weeks so you have to go without medication for nearly a week

   The guy with the glasses who I think is the pharmacist? Is by far the kindest most understanding person I've come across in this profession! I'm on quite high doses of pain meds due to being on them since I was 11 when i was diagnosed with this awful disease, (now 39) meaning I'm extremely tolerant to normal doses, pain clinic just put them up which has helped massively however chemist's after that did nothing but judge me making me feel very uncomfortable. It's not nice when you are living your life in hospitals having major surgeries constantly and your mental health is in the toilet, so to get someone who is genuine is amazing. Must admit a few there aren't like that but can't have it all I guess. To the pharmacist though, never change and thank you!

   This is a great idea. Being able to collect my medication from the pharmacy in my own time is wonderful. Not sure why all the Pharmacies don't do this.

2. FURST CLASS LOUNGE Ltd (fcl) ★☆☆☆☆

   The rudest of staff anywhere! Total unfriendly, abrupt, rude and very un caring. Been in many times and they get ruder each time with terrible attitude apart from the pharmacist who is very helpful and friendly even he seems afraid of the appalling attitude of the staff!! Totally unacceptable when people are ill and seeking help and advice these people should be behind closed doors together so they can be rude to each other!! Although they still seem to get away with it? Who ever is in charge of Peak Pharmacy need to seriously invest in some serious Customer service training and QUICK!!!

   Moved to this pharmacy due to major problems at my previous GP and Pharmacy. I can say I can give both the GP surgery @ Ashgate and the Pharmacy a solid 5/5. Nothing is never too much trouble, kind courteous and respectful of people with pre existing conditions. Never had a problem getting a appointment which I know has put some people off using the surgery. Always been able to get a appointment the same day.
