I would recommend chapel house vets. The receptionist are very polite. You can get appointments easily. Vets listen to you and are very kind and understanding. Explain what is wrong with your pet and give him treatment for condition. All the vets I have seen with my pet are very understanding I'm really very grateful to all of them

A very welcoming place the staff were patent and friendly. My cat Luna was booked in to be neutered, the vet was friendly, understanding and fully explained everything and was more than happy to listen to my concerns and gave me sound advice. I felt like they fully understood that Luna was not just a pet but part of the family and as such gave her the care she deserved. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the reception staff were great. The building itself is welcoming and Clean. I believe I've found myself a great veterinary practice and feel my cats are in safe hands. I will recommend this veterinary practice to anyone.
I've been with chapel house vets for many years now. They have known my dogs from being puppies. I can usually get to see the vet of my choice, again this is because they know my dogs so well. ( Emma or Lucy) however, all of the vets are very kind & professional. All of the staff are friendly, efficient & very helpful. Thank you for all that you do. ❤️
I would really like to recommend Chapel House Vets in Staveley to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional vet practice. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Cannot fault these guys, give them a try.

Excellent veterinary surgery, the vets are extremely caring & kind, informative & spend lost of time relaxing youre pet, before starting any procedures. The surgery is lovely & clean & the receptionists are friendly & helpful. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came into the surgery & very impressed by the staff as a whole & the vet cuddled my very nervous cat & put her at her ease completely. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone, particularly those with nervous pets, which in turn make the owner very stressed too.
Attended practice today for first time as emergency appointment for a guinea pig. Really pleased with service, the vet came across as really knowledgeable of guinea pigs (many don't). The vet nurse was also super helpful and again appeared knowledgeable. Excellent first impressions. Would definitely use again.
I wanted to post a review to let everyone know how fantastic this vets really are! We unfortunately lost our beloved 14 year old dog last week, and i wanted to thank chapel vets for always being there when we needed them over the years. There just so professional and caring and always go the extra mile to put you at ease. Also such a lovely touch receiving a thoughtful card from them, at a very sad adjustment for us, managed to make us smile. Please don't hesitate to use them, they really are a class above the rest. Thank you again from bottom of our hearts.
Used Chapel House since I've had my girl, Bonnie. Always professional, always amazing with my dog, and always love to help. Vets are never cheap, but wasn't as expensive as i was expecting with anesthetic, but there's no price on keeping my dog healthy regardless, so massive thanks to Chapel House Vets!
