   My dad never gets his medication when he needs it. He usually runs out and I have to phone for it. He has always had it delivered. Since everest has taken over its rubbish, I don't think they no there arse from there elbow. Useless. Moving pharmacy. Not happy at all.

   Booked a Chickenpox vaccine through the Well website. Appointment confirmed, money taken. Turns out this pharmacy doesn't do the Chickenpox vaccine despite what the website says. Rebooked elsewhere (not with Well!).

   Everytime we have been in this pharmacy, there has always been a problem with my prescriptions, they have either not been done in time, or they say they haven’t been ordered or can’t find them. Everytime, not just a one off, everytime. I have now switched pharmacies, the staff need retraining at well because none of them seem to know what they are doing

   Lovely staff, helpful and caring. I've spoken to them all at one point or another about an issue, they care and want to help. They know my name, ask me how things are going. Their pharmacist asks me about how my medication changes are effecting me. I genuinely feel a valued customer and that these people take their job to heart.
