   I placed an order with Online Pharmacy4U, over a month ago. These people are thieves!! Not only have they not delivered the medication, but they have not refunded my payment. I have emailed them many times, and phoned them over 20 times. No one is ever available to answer with my queries, let alone deal with the issues!! They are Scammers. Do not give them your money.

   After reading poor reviews I was sceptical about this company, however I received exactly what I ordered to my front door, 48hrs after ordering. No issues. Top service. Would use again and felt it just to give honest and positive review.

   Ordered GoldenEye eye drops online. Order accepted and money taken then informed they are having issues obtaining the item. Offered me ointment which I refused. They then told me they'd let me know when the item was back in stock and when it would be despatched. Didn't hear anything. Contacted them and they made some excuse to the effect that they don't post items themselves but they use Royal Mail. (My purchase was with THEM.They completely missed the point that THEY were to contact me when the item was back in stock. They did dispatch the item by 'Tracked' post and I got the item this week. However it was a very protracted purchase. Wouldn't use them again.

   I ordered and paid for an item costing over £100 at the beginning of August 2024. I have not received the item or a refund. I have contacted customer services numerous times, but no one is ever available to discuss the matter! This is obviously a very dodgy company. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order.

   Ordered items. They accepted my payment and confirmed the order but then declined to send my items. On requesting refund they stole £5 and only sent a partial refund. This was not my fault. They never sent out the order !! So no restock needed. This is a calculated con ! Warning do not use this dishonest company !

   Despite my emails and other messages attempting to discuss a discrepancy on the confirmation, my order has arrived incorrect. The confirmation says 25mcg but the photo shows 100mcg. I attempted to order 100mcg patches. All the information provided in the consultation and the previous purchase and a letter from from my health provider states that I use 100mcg patches to make up a dose of 350mcg. This is clearly stated in all the information needed to dispense. Yet, 25mcg patches arrived I have tried calling multiple times to no avail. In fact the number provided on the leaflet contained within my order was incorrect. I have tried the help DM system on the website which does not work. I have tried emailing again. I been left without the medication that I urgently need to avoid hospitalisation. I am concerned that such a discrepancy can be made. Isn’t prescribing supposed to be meticulously checked? I have informed them that should they still ignore my efforts to communicate with them I will be referring the matter to their regulatory body. Update. They have now refused to take the product back and have not addressed the serious safety concerns I have. The matter is now being forwarded to the regulatory authority. Further update: They have now offered me a refund. I have posted the medication back and await my refund

   I am now 10 days without my heart and diabetes medication, pharmacy4u could not even be bothered to send a email on why they were not dispatching my medication, when quizzed they gave waffle of it gone to spam folder, rubbish no email in spam folder, when called as to why I still not received my medication was give waffle 1 medication was not in stock so they did not send out my other 14 medications that was in stock, and still they refused to send out medication on 24hr delivery even though it is their fault? utter poor service, as without my medication my chance of dying increase 10 fold.
