   Visited this pharmacy yesterday with my mother for our flu and Covid jabs. Was immediately greeted with a smile from the lady on the reception. Filled in our forms and was promptly moved to a room to be given our injections. Vaccines were given by a very pleasant lady named Lauren. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy. 10/10 for politeness and service.

   I rang skegby Pharmacy on the off chance after trying boots, peak and asda for blister packs for my elderly Father. I work away so can't manage his medicine all the time. The lady on the phone took my fathers details, set up the blister packs and even offered to deliver it for free. It arrived 7 days later, no chasing, no phone calls, no hassle just real care. Amazing service, thank you

   I cannot fault the service I recieved today. Feeling so unwell I dragged myself to the pharmacy to be told the pharmacist was on his break and would be 15 mins. I opted to wait as I didn't have the energy to move about much. A few minutes passed and the pharmacist appeared, he came off of his break to assist me. I was so grateful, he was lovely and kind and prescribed me some medication to help. He honestly doesn't realise what coming to help me meant to me when I felt so lousy. I didn't even have to wait long for my prescription. So thank you Amit and the staff for your kindness and support today.

   Top service from both Manager and Pharmacist. Went in as id run out of medication and the manager, Lauren, sorted me an emergency supply within minutes. Asked the pharmacist, Amit, to look at my daughter’s face too as she has a sore and within 5 minutes we were on our way with my emergency meds and antibiotics for my daughters.

   A really nice local pharmacy. Justin the owner is so incredibly helpful. Recently found out that it has sadly been sold. Can't see how they can offer the same excellent service that Justin did, but time will tell.

   I thought I had updated this after speaking to Jason, apologies, as I only saw today when I have gone to do another review that in fact I hadnot. Jason was very sincere and apologetic and I accepted his apologies. Asked at the counter for spray skin to put on my 20 month old grandsons ankle as due to the heat plasters were not staying on. He was with me and I showed the assistant. I also said he had eczema. I was sold a liquid which I put on him in the shop. It made him cry a little but the wound was sore. Today I read the instructions as I had a bite wound and wobdered if it would help. Not to be used on open wounds Not to be used if the patient has eczema Not suitable for children. I think some staff training is required. Fuming !!!!!!

   I can not recommend Gilbody's Chemist enough. The staff are always very polite and extremely helpful. I moved with Justin from Tibshelf when he opened his pharmacy in Stanton Hill. I like the personal touch that they have there, your not just another number. When you go to larger national Chemists the personal touch isn't there. If you ever need advice Justin is always there willing to help in whatever way he can. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
