   I have been using this pharmacist intermittently over the years, usually when my usual high Street pharmacy lets me down! I have always found the commitment to service and their customer second to none. I have now changed to Banner Cross permanently and they will be delivering all my prescriptions from now on.

   Fabulous and very efficient service. They are always are on top of the drugs i need, deliver to the house and any problems are sorted immediately. Everyone should move here. Even if you dont live near. Their phone and zoom services are great also. This is exactly how a modern pharmacy should be run. Well done everyone involved

   Phone answered promptly (didn’t hang up without speaking); intelligent, polite, calm, knowledgeable response to everything from Saira: refreshingly clearly and competent communication; no outsourcing of half the meds; proposed taking my number to text when ready (very 21st century); better opening hours; will allow me to take my dog in to store to collect. Fingers crossed for a more pleasant, less onerous and time consuming experience struggling as a full time carer of an elderly parent. First impressions - excellent - akin to the high standards of service I knew in a rural Derbyshire pharmacy 50 years ago! Thank you, Saira.
