Susan and the team at Gleno went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, friendly and best of all kind, to us and our dog Sam. Thank you so much.
Our family dog of 13 years old had to be PTS. Through out the procedure of this, no sedation was given prior to the main injection which meant our dog was very distressed and had to held down by 1 of the persons whilst the other person injected. Our last vision of our dog was not a pleasant sight to see therefore I do not recommend this vets. Incompetent to say the least. Avoid!
Came to larne to collect 2 puppies on Saturday 30th November. We weren't told they had to be microchipped. We certainly found out at the P&O port !! We missed one boat and they refused to let us on the next. !!. We had to ring your vets , after explaining our situation that we were not allowed to return to Scotland, a young vet opened up for us as an emergency and microchipped both pups. We managed to get a sailing with wonderful stena line after that and safely arrived home by 3.15 am . So much thanks to her , if it weren't for your lovely vet god knows when we would have got home.Thank You So Much Mrs A Dew , castle Douglas.
Brilliant. Was seen to very quickly. Rang me back within two hours telling me they can see us within 20min. Very friendly . Five star rating.
Found a stray kitten, these guys sorted everything for me and now we have an orange lunatic called Jasper. Cheers guys.
receptionist was incredibly rude and spoke down to us over the phone and when we were seen they charged through the roof and never asked nor mentioned that they were giving our dog vaccine injections and just gave us a huge bill at the end disgraceful wont be back
Really good staff and service for both our cats and really competitive pricing for pets at least.
Had to rush here with an emergency with a poorly dog one evening. The vet was there waiting for us and checked the dog thoroughly and got her sorted. Great vets and staff.
Very expensive was given no bill at the end for the treatment. You don't go into the room with your animal so you don't know what they're doing. No consent was asked if I wanted the treatment etc injections and medication to be given to my pet, just had to pay the bill at the end without knowing nothing.
Such a professional but more importantly a very caring vets who took great care of not only my dog but me also at his end of life. They went out of their way for me and I couldn't be more grateful or recommend them highly enough.
