   I called them in a panic to register one of my cats who was unwell, and they were able to give me an appointment for the next day. During that appointment, my cat was checked and treated. They also said I would need to bring my other cat to check her as well, which was arranged for the same day. Following this, the second cat needed some scans and treatment which was done quickly, and both cats have had a follow up, returning to their previous state of health. Everyone from reception staff, nurses and vets were friendly, helpful and treated my cats like pets, not “patients”. Would recommend :)

   Always greeted by name and pet name. I am disabled so the vet collected my dog from the car explaining the vaccinations to be given. Then returned my dog back to the car to me along with the record card and her monthly treatment tablets. It's a great service by a group of people who treat my pet as the beloved companion she is to me. They care and it means a lot

   Very friendly staff. Arranged that we could stay throughout the treatment which reduced ours and his anxiety about leaving him during sedation which we were so thankful for. Great explanations about treatment and overall foot health of dogs. Kind and compassionate staff. I highly recommend this place
