Many thanks to Sara and Lyndsey for the professionalism and compassionate, dignified care they demonstrated in recent days towards Reggie. I will be forever grateful. They are indeed a highly respected and competent veterinary team.

Excellent service, staff are very helpful and friendly. The clinician took time with my dog and tried to relax him as best as possible. Checked him over very thoroughly without causing him him undue upset. Checked his medical records. Chat about the issues, symptoms and treatments. Dispatched his treatment effectively and efficiently. I need to return in 4 weeks for a check-up and booster which was booked for me then and there without any issue. It's never a nice place to take your pet but they made it as relaxed and efficient, ensuring my pet was as stressless as possible.

Took our family cat to Fenaghy today, he had an abscess on his paw. Firstly came in and the poor cat had became incontinent in the car with nerves, one of the nurses came in and took his pet carrier and cleaned it while another nurse helped hold the cat while he was being assessed. The whole time both the vet and nurse petted Ben and showed so much compassion towards him! They couldnβt have been any more gentle and kind. Thankyou all!

Where other vets failed me and my dog, the team in Fenaghy succeeded. This is an exceptional practice with exceptional service! Joan Hillan is a star in her own right. Together with Sara, she has changed my dog's quality of life beyond recognition. Kudos to the whole team in Ballymena!

Used to swear by this clinic whenever Joan had owned it! But now that it's been sold/taken over I'd advise everyone to steer clear! They're nothing but money grabbing b*stards. I am livid with the treatment I've recently received... they didn't care about the welfare of my pet, they just kept brining up money, money, money as if I wasn't going to pay whenever I made it clear I was but just didn't have the large lump sum they asked me to pay on the spot! I said I could however, pay them off with a 'downpayment' on that day. If its not that issue & you have a poorly pet, specifically a dog, they don't want to know. All they seem to advise is changing its food over & over (which i did) without running any tests. I've had the same dog in a few times with the same problem & to no avail. Took them to another vet as I was sick of it, plus I wanted a second opinion & on the FIRST visit I had an answer which was correct. My dog has been doing great since. Plain & simply AVOID. They have shocking bill amounts which they also tend to keep quiet.

Very attentive caring vets, my pet dog looks forward to going in for the odd treat and fussing over by the vets. Clean and roomy waiting area with large covered porch area just outside the waiting room for those who would rather just be outside waiting. Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome as you enter reception and have never had to be waiting more than 5mins to be seen by the vet once booked in. Joined the pet plan. It has been great. Especially as my dog is our first family pet and it helps navigate you through the first 6 months with the doβs, donβtβs and how toβs with the check ups, vaccinations. Regular text reminders about when your pet has to take its tablets, check up reminders and discounts on treatments/food.

Thank you Fenaghy Vets for everything you have done for my beloved cats over the years. I wouldnβt think of bringing them to anyone else. All the staff are professional yet caring and have gone βabove and beyondβ when some of my little cats have been very poorly. The vets listen, happily answer all my questions and I am always left reassured after each visit. Thanks again. βΊοΈ
