   Always have a great experience at Cornerstone. The staff, including vets, nurses and reception staff, are always so kind and welcoming to our cat and make him feel at ease during the appointment which as an owner makes me feel so much better.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about this amazing team! Julie and Lucy at reception are always so friendly and helpful — they make every visit easy and welcoming. Clare is the absolute best vet! She always goes above and beyond for Rizzo, my diabetic dog, and takes the time to explain everything so I fully understand her care. Sophie is also fantastic and always ready to help if Clare isn’t available. The whole staff knows Rizzo so well and treats her like their own. They’re caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more!

   Meet Mondo who had his first appointment at Cornerstone, thankfully he is healthy and looking good. The reason I brought Mondo to Cornerstone is I already know how good they are and I don't mean just the Vets. I mean the nurses,the Vets and also the reception staff. Mondo is not my first dog , he is my fourth hence I have been to various other Vets over the years and I can honestly say I won't be looking for any other Vets. I've been with Cornerstone for almost 10 years and would happily recommend them to anybody. They also look after my cat Whizz and my Dad's dog Rocky. Aidan Mc Fall.

   Been with Cornerstone for many years and when my pet became unwell I couldn't fault the vets themselves and would give them 5 stars. However the admin staff are a different kettle of fish. Continually harassing over an outstanding amount - wouldn't mind if it was months outstanding - this was a couple of weeks and not even a large amount. I felt very very pressured by them despite the fact that I was on holiday and told them that I would sort it out when I got back home.

   Worse veterinarian we have ever used. We joined their plan and our Bulldog was supposed to get regular check ups and vaccinations. We just found out that they ‘forgot’ about his vaccinations for the last TWO years. No apology and no refund yet. They acted like no big deal. His vaccinations are still not up to date which has prevented us from boarding him when required. A few weeks ago they insisted that he needed immediate surgery because of something on his skin. We had to postpone because we were going out of town. Last week we brought him in and they insisted he still needed surgery even though his skin was much improved and completely healing. We brought him for the surgery they insisted had to happen today - Come to find out, he simply needed a longer course of antibiotics and no longer requires surgery. Great news but had we not gone out of town, our dog would have gone through completely unnecessary and expensive surgery. These guys are disorganized and don’t know what they are doing. They have failed their duty of care twice now and I hate to look into all the other times we had to bring our dog in and now wonder if they were giving us good advice. Stay away if you care for your dog.

   My beagle Ellie has always received the best treatment and care from Peter, Danielle and the team at Cornerstone. From when she was diagnosed with epilepsy 6 years ago to this week when she was in with Danielle as she was sick, they always go above and beyond, are so caring and I genuinely feel they love animals and only want to do what is right for your pet. Ellie has always had the best treatment at Cornerstone and I would never consider bringing her anywhere else. Great veterinary clinic, highly recommend them to all our friends! Thank you for all your hard work and help getting Ellie better again :)
