   I have just returned from the IPS in porthcawl, and was seen by Gareth Tremain, I went in on crutches, after waiting 5 months for an appointment from my own NHS GP Gareth did and ultrasound, diagnosed the issue, and I had a steroid injection, for the first time in 5 months I can put my foot down, and the pain has gone, I have to rest it for a week or two, to give it the best chance.. Thank you so so much to Gareth, and the lovely lady on the desk, who very kindly opened the door for me, yes I would highly recommend and if I have too, I would return I can't thank you enough thank you Gareth ...

   Saw Gareth today regarding knee pain. After examining my knee and explaining the issue, he recommended an injection of hyaluronic acid which he administered there and then. I received an excellent service and would highly recommend Gareth.

   Liz was amazing with my teen who recently started suffering with vestibular migraines. Her knowledge made us feel less alone with it all and the exercises she give really helped her dizziness. We learnt a lot from her and feel armed with knowledge and exercises to help in into the future.

   I visited Gareth this week for a consultation for a ultrasound guided cortisone injection. On arrival Gareth immediately put me at ease, he was very friendly, professional and obviously extremely knowledgeable. We spoke about the issues I had been experiencing and went ahead with the guided injection. I felt a sharp scratch as the injection went in and that was it; I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Gareth and would return in future if needed.

   I had been dealing with a rotator cuff injury for some time and not getting any joy from our local doctors....luckily these guys came to the rescue! I made an online enquiry and then spoke to a lovely lady called Nicola, this was on the Thursday the 16th of December 2021, she then booked me in with Gareth after deciding what was the best course of action...on Tuesday the 21st of December. Just a few days later! The utter joy that came over me...I cried. Knowing that I'd get the injection done and I'd be fine for Christmas. Elated! I was nervous before my appointment but I certainly didn't need to be. What a lovely welcome! Gareth was an absolute star. He asked all the questions he needed to and got on with the job in hand. I've had the procedure done before and it hurt like HECK! I also had the flare up pain for two days after...I wasn't looking forward to that. But I can honestly say I didn't get the flare up pain half as bad as I had before! I spoke to Gareth about my worries and about the flare up and he put my mind at ease. Because he does SO many of these injections he is EXTREMELY experienced. He knows what's what basically. This is his bread and butter. He goes to all the relevant training year on year which is why I had minimal flare up pain! The procedure itself took seconds! No flimm flamming about trying to find the right spot, I had worried for NOTHING! I wanted to wait to leave a review to see how long the effects would last from the injection. I've had a good few months of being pain free. Absolutely WELL WORTH the cost. I'll be calling to get booked in again that's for sure. Why on earth would I go elsewhere! Don't hesitate, if you are in pain get in touch. Gareth is an absolute rock star and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you SO much for saving my Christmas and for giving me a pain free few months. I'll be seeing you again soon!

   My Dad came ro see Kim for acupuncture for issues with his shoulder. She spent a considerable time working through any issues and explaining what she was going to do. She took her time and was very kind and considerate to my Dad. She gave him numerous treatments including acupuncture and gave him exercises to do. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.

   I had a Cortisone injection with Gareth Tremain on Friday 5th Feb to treat Carpal Tunnel. I was a bit nervous about getting this done, mainly due to my needle phobia. Gareth put me at ease, and it was a nearly painless procedure. The results are amazing, I wish I had had this done sooner. Thank you. I can highly recommend.

   I cannot speak highly enough of Gareth Tremain and the treatment I received. The pain I was in following a 40mph rear shunt car accident was incredible, over time Gareth has worked his magic and I am now feeling pretty good. I dont normally leave reviews, however, having also recommended Gareth to friends and family and hearing their positive comments I feel it's the least I can do. Put simply, if you are suffering in silence make an appointment, it's a small price to pay if someone is able to relieve your pain and put a smile back on your face.

   Very pleased to have an appointment that suited me, the patient! Gareth Tremain not only gave me a relatively pain free cortisone injection in my knee but also took time to explain fully the process and expected benefits. I will be returning for future treatment rather than waiting months to even get an appointment with my GP practice steroid clinic. Shame on you NHS - thank goodness for a professional, speedy and trusty alternative provider.
