   An experience that was cheapened and left a bad taste. 1) A QR code is left by the area to pick your pictures post scan with a promise of a gift for a google review, hence the integrity of all of these reviews is questionable. And this is a poor tactic. Said gift is a baby pack with a few samples. 2) see photos for confusing pricing and what is included in packages online. The £120 4D scan includes 2 printed photos and the differently named, same description at £30 "discount" includes 4 printed photos. 3) None of the packages when booking the 4D scan online priced from £90- £149 mention at all HD imaging of the scan or HD printed photos. Only when in the store, are there prominently displayed photos of the difference with and without HD for the 4 D scan to up sell for £25-£35. In the room the healthcare professional sonoghgrapher also tries to upsell whilst you are lying down having the scan this is unproffesional, why is this not displayed as an option before attending, when booking online? The pressure to upsell is horrendous. Be upfront. When comparing prices today after attending this scan including this scam like upsell for HD picture (under pressure) and the hiding of any mention of HD on the online packages (its 2026 almost, why do non HD at all) Window to the womb is the least cost effective 4D scan in the area, so please be careful not to be sucked in by the headline price. 4) I was phoned around 1330pm to come in early for my 430pm appointment, I came in at 4pm and was left waiting with the excuse that there was an emergency earlier. Why was I not called again to advise of the delay? Funnily enough last time we came the same happened and same excuse. Seems like staff wish to finish early so have their end of day bookings come, sit and wait early. Not what you would expect for a paid private service. Either this or they have alot of emergencies for the days we have been.

   Amazing service. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The sonographer was brilliant and kept us in suspense for our gender reveal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a private scan. You are welcomed and treated with care and respect. Thank you so much!!

   My partner and I had our scan yesterday, and from the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming reception team made us feel completely at ease. We decided to upgrade to the gender package, not for the gender reveal, since we’re keeping that a surprise, but so we could see our little one in 4D and take home some lovely digital photos. It was such a magical experience and gave us so much reassurance that our baby is doing wonderfully. The clinic is spotless, professionally run, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

   Brilliant experience! First ever 4D scan and the staff are so helpful and welcoming. She didn’t want to show her face at first but they were happy for us to go for a walk to get her moving and then come back in for a second time and we got some great pics! They gifted us a little present which was sweet! Would recommend to anyone!

   Such a lovely place. We have had a reassurance scan at 7 weeks and a gender scan. Staff are very professional and friendly. The scan themselves are amazing, you can see everything on the screen in front of you which Is very reassuring. The scan is amazing and they check every bit of baby and walk you through the process. Would highly recommend.

   Previously had a gender scan and sneak peak 4D at 16 weeks which was amazing. Returned at 27 weeks for a follow up scan, with another 4D sneak peek, and oh my goodness we are both speechless with how clear the scan was! We cannot thank Joshua and the team as they have done the best to make sure we didn’t leave disappointed! Amazing experience it is well worth every penny and I would recommend any of my friends and family to come! We will definitely be back for more scans!
