From the moment I walked in, Leigh was the first person I saw and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She created such a warm, friendly atmosphere that it felt like I was chatting with someone I’d known for years…not walking into a clinic for the first time. She’s so kind, genuine, and naturally puts you at ease. Meeting Dr Ros was just as amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything so clearly and honestly. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that combination of expertise and warmth is so rare. I felt completely safe and confident in her hands the whole time. By the time I left, it genuinely felt like I’d known them both forever. They’re such a perfect team … welcoming, professional, and so genuinely lovely. It’s very scary the thought of doing having any treatments, but I have to say i have been to Ros Medics for around 7 years . I would not go anywhere else very professional and amazing results. Anyone who is considering treatments but are worried I would 100% recommend Ros Medics.
I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ros enough! I was so nervous before going in but she made me feel so at ease during the whole appointment and is so knowledgeable. A true professional from start to finish. I’m so happy with how my lips turned out, I cannot thank her enough, but also for her patience and for putting me so at ease when she could tell I was a little nervous. I will definitely be back for the same treatment and more!!

Dr Ros is absolutely amazing! I had a dermal filler in my nose area and i could not be more pleased. I have been very conscious of my nose growing up and finally did it and had a bit of filler in it. I am so amazed and happy with her work as my nose finally suits my face more and is just perfect! People didn’t even notice fully unless i’d say, it was just an overall improvement. I had it about 2 weeks ago and it was fully healed within about 4 days. Dr Ros also made it absolutely painless and walked me through the entire process. Could not recommend enough! I am much more confident in myself and would encourage anyone else to see Ros as she caters it to the individual, and what would make you look your best! Thanks so much Dr Ros!! Xx
My only regret is that I didn’t find Ros sooner! Both myself and my mum attended a Botox appointment and we’ll both be returning for sure. I felt reassured as soon as I sat down and trusted Ros immediately due to Ros’ knowledge and honesty. I’ve had Botox on many occasions and I can honestly say she’s the best. What an amazing practitioner and lovely woman! I’ve already recommended her to many!
