I went for a consultation to get a mole removed and Dr Raj was very quick to decipher that it was benign, and therefore would be an relatively easy procedure. He explained the step-by-step procedure well, and showed me visual aids of how the healing process worked and offered to perform the procedure then and there (without the need for a follow-up appointment). Once again, the step-by-step was explained well to me and the procedure was over within 10 minutes.
