    Never been in a retail shop so dirty !! How they are allowing this is crazy , the shelves , the stairs , the floor it’s all SO dirty . Clumps of dust everywhere , it has not had a proper clean in forever it looks like . Did not want to buy anything there as all the lovely things on the shelf were dirty / dusty . The pictures don’t show half of it . How this store has been allowed to get like this is unbelievable :( Felt smelly leaving there .

    NOT Disabled friendly! Visited the Bridgend store on 3 occasions over last 6 weeks and the lift is constantly out of order! As all mens clothing is on 1st floor and also click & collect, therefore excluding me from shopping. Staff (if you can find any) are not interested and say it's out of their control! Should be ashamed. Sort yourselves out.

    Products were great. Went to click and collect. Kept waiting in cold for 15 mins as they couldn't find previous customers items. Finally got served by scruffy staff member with no customer service skills. I work in the hospital and throughout the pandemic myself and my colleagues have been smart, professional, kind and curteous. If we can be that whilst patients cough all around us I can't understand why shop staff behind a barrier are allowed to be discourteous.
