The sofa is a good quality. Not too pleased to see a £50.00 delivery charge on the invoice which could have been pointed out. Very similar designs to leekes.
I have to complete a review for...The Place For Homes...we have made purchases here over a period of time and am always more than satisfied with the assistance from Rhys and his sales team. On this occasion we had an issue with the colour of our new leather 2 seater and 3 seater suite, I thought the colour was lighter than it was, when I had viewed it in the showroom and on delivery was rather disappointed with the colour as it seemed much darker. I was given amazing help and advice by Rhian and a number of incredible options to satisfy me..superb customer service. Also, need to mention the 2 delivery men, both were incredibly polite, professional and courteous. Great team work, much appreciated. Why go anywhere else? Incredible family business on the doorstep.
Excellent service, ordered a sofa and chair, delivered in 5 weeks, extremely good quality. Delivery guys were great, unpacking and taking away all the packaging. Extremely pleased with my new suite.
Well what can I say, very disappointed, we spent 2.4k on to armchairs, we explained that our property is not easy to access and they will need to park at the bottom of our hill and carry the chairs up. But the driver new better and drove up and got stuck halfway. We also said the chairs will have to have the legs removed as our doors are narrow. The guys couldn't get the chairs through the door, and on trying dropped one of the chairs and damaged the corner. The other chairs legs didn't fit properly. The delivery guys had no tools to remove the legs, so I had to supply the tools. We contacted the company by email and phone message to explain what had happened, but no contacted was received. We drove the warehouse to find out what's happening. They said they have ordered replacement legs and frames, but couldn't be bothered to let us know. Many weeks later they rang to say they had arrived and we arranged for the guys to come and exchange at 12:30 on Friday. The guys turned up at 11:30 without any tools except a toy drill, and they could not remove a damaged screw, so again I had to supply all the tools for the change of legs. Amateur outfit at top prices, no communication and terribly service.
Excellent service from Place for Homes. My items were out of stock. The team went out of their way to source the items and advise me of my options. I ordered the items one day and a delivery arrived from the supplier the next morning. Great stuff.
