   Never again!! Bridgend. Only a worktop and sink with taps is how I felt, if I'd had a full new kitchen I'm sure it would have been a different story. It took forever with a lot of constant ringing from myself. However the items were lovely, wrong sink but hey oh!! One lovely girl on the phone who did her utmost to help.

   I am having a new kitchen installed and went to Howdens for a design appointment. The staff there were really helpful, especially Ieuan who went through designs and helped every step of the way. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen.

   4 year old kitchen tap (£250) developed drip that became a constant trickle. Howdens took no responsibility for this premature failure. Spare part had to be sourced and replaced at my own cost. Now what I expect from a supposedly quality kitchen fitting. We live in a soft water area.

   To leave a review I had to give 1 star. I wouldn’t even give them that really. I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered two doors said arriving Friday. I was warned to not use this branch. I thought they surely can’t get two doors wrong…… I arranged builder to fit. Doors then never turned up Friday. Never had phone call Monday to say they arrived. I phoned up myself in end and they were there. Went to pick up Tuesday after arranging builder AGAIN. Guess what they had wrong doors ordered. Ended up going on a 2hour round trip to get them so I didn’t lose more money to builder. Avoid this branch like the plague.
