Amazing service. Have used this company a few times over the years and always had 5 star service. Allen was very professional and knowledgeable and explained exactly what the issue was with our oven and had pre-ordered the part in anticipation of the common fault and was able to fix that day. Payment was easy and Allen even fixed the loose door on the oven whilst he was here at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
Explained our problem on line, fridge/freezer not working properly. Vicki rang, talked through our problem and gave advice on some home maintenance hints to try first. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I have used them several times in the past and they've always been good but this time I'm not sure what went wrong on their end. We called them to have a look at our tumble dryer back in Oct 2022. The repairman diagnosed the problem and a part was ordered. He fitted the new part and took the broken part with him which we later found out was not standard protocol. The dryer still wasn't working so he came back, concluded the new part he had fitted was faulty and a new part was ordered and fitted. It still didn't work. He returned and then said it was a different part that wasn't working and reassured us that the original part that he had changed would've needed changing anyway. This was now just before Christmas that they said they would order the new part. Christmas passed and still no sign of it. We understood that there had been strikes so delivery was delayed. There were promises of ringing to keep us updated but that never happened. We've had to chase up every couple of weeks asking for updates. We were told that their regular supplier had sold out of the part we needed and they were looking for other suppliers. Fine, that happens. Several weeks have now gone by, again with us chasing them for updates and there is still no new part. I have tried ringing them recently and I either can't get through or my call isn't answered. We are now fed up with waiting and feel like we've been fobbed off. If they are unable to fix the machine then it would've have been courteous of them to just be honest and say. We would've understood. Instead we have been left with a broken dryer for 4-5 months and out £100. We can't even ask for a refund for the "broken" part they replaced as their repairman took it with him. Edit: After calling me back they were kind enough to refund the £50 we paid for the part.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Next day help. Very reasonable call out charge. Easy to pay via QR code. Friendly and engineer gave clear explanation as to issue. Parts arrived beginning of the following week and next day appointment arranged to fit. Kept informed of time of arrival via text and tracking service to make sure I was in. After removing my Slide and Hide oven door to clean, I was unable to replace it as the mechanism slipped. Allen came out the same day and it took him no time at all. I am very happy with the service.
