Went in here today to find something for a work's party. The lady was soooooo lovely in there. I also ended up buying a gorgeous coat and a sequin top. She helped me decide on the colour as loved both. If she sees this...glad I went for green! Great service and lovely clothes. I will be back. Thank you.
My wife and I bought a sweater from the shop and when we came back my wife was not convinced of it so I tried to return it and get a refund but unfortunately it was annoying because there is no refund only you can exchange or he gave you a gift card to use from the shop This is a bad feeling that you are forced to buy from the shop only
Needed a waterproof jacket with hood and got a really nice one which had been reduced. Very pleasant helpful staff.
Shop is well laid out, decent changing rooms and friendly staff. I like their choice of clothes, but quality is a bit hit and miss. Sizing is awful, you never know what size to take into the changing rooms. Be aware of Roman's returns policy too!
New upstairs section opened for out of season garments, great prices.
OK so I bought some items for my mother-in-law for mother's day. She didn't like them & didn't want an exchange. Apparently it's exchange or gift card. I got a gift card & found a dress I liked last Thursday. Gift card wouldn't swipe. So I showed the woman my receipt she said I would have to contact customer services by phone. Why not her? No she couldn't because her line was down & couldn't issue a new card there and then?? She was polite though. So I rang customer services there line was down too. Another customer had approached me at that time and said she'd had similar issues that had been going on for weeks but her card worked in store this time so she was going to spend it all as there were items that needed refunding on-line too and that was currently in limbo as she was unable to get hold of anyone. The assistant said she'd hold my dress until next week as I'm now on holiday (no dress to take with me mind you). Anyway I went home ordered some items online as the card worked on there (not the same dress though as it wasn't online) they came yesterday but are horrible so I'm going to store next week to exchange or get another gift card! What a palarva! Wish me luck!......

Lovely range of elegant evening wear to suit all tastes however its very crammed here with not enough room to make it easily accessible for wheelchair users or prams etc
