Today I wanted to buy an ex display settee. I was asked if I had a car and told that they dont deliver ex display!? They would find the number for a man with a van. I asked why they dont deliver and was just told that they dont deliver ex display? So i had to load a two seater settee into my own car!!! I didnt buy it! Terrible service!
I bought a wardrobe and dresser from here on the 10th September.. and had to wait almost a month for them to be delivered.. terrible service and the team on the customer service department phone line, were totally abrupt with me. Considering I spent a lot of money with this company. They also got my address wrong on the delivery note..I live in monmouthshier and the delivery address they sent me was in Hereford..? If I hadn't noticed it on a email confirming my order God knows we're my furniture would have ended up..! And they blamed me for the mistake..! I also paid for it to be assembled on delivery.. but the customer service department said I hadn't..? I had to prove it via my original paperwork..! So be very careful when ordering anything from this company. Especially any furniture that has to be delivered. Check everything on your original paperwork. And Any emails you receive. Only one of the staff was helpful the rest were, well it seems they didn't care much..! Very strange staff at this next store..?
Miserable staff never smile and are abrupt!
I have consistently experienced unwelcoming behavior from one particular shop assistant at Next Cwmbran. The older red-headed staff member appears miserable, unfriendly, and seems to scowl at me and my family each time we enter the store. This contrasts sharply with the rest of the team who are consistently happy, smiling, and pleasant. It would greatly enhance the overall customer experience if this particular shop assistant could benefit from some customer service training to create a more inviting atmosphere for shoppers
Rude young girl on counter this afternoon I think she needs some customer service skills!! Everytime I've been up there the other staff has always been helpful and polite. The particular the lady told me off .
Purchased slippers as a Christmas present and the 1 slipper fell apart after one wear. Attempted to return the item without the receipt as per the next policy online quotes “no return note needed, our team will do the rest”. A member of staff and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, they refused to return the item, although the tags were still on them. Will not purchase anything from this store again.
Totally disillusioned with Next, purchased £65 worth of bedding, used it once and never again. The quality was completely sub standard, to the extent it felt like sand paper on my skin so the early hours of the morning we were changing the bed! I have always trusted Next to provide quality merchandise, especially as my skin has been badly affected by chemotherapy, but they failed me badly this time, and for that reason I will think twice before shopping there again.
Purchased new bedroom furniture 26/09/22 x3 large units. Excellent quality and faultless service from skye and Julie who were very helpful and showing superb customer service. A big thank you to you both. Kind regards Steve and Pauline Carter/Cook Abergavenny
Went to visit this store today to get some last minute stuff for my son for school. The store was absolutely empty and there were plenty of staff members walking around. Tried to ask one staff lady where certain items were and she just straight up ignored and just carried on doing whatever she was doing. So rude I was shocked. Wont be coming here again anytime soon.
